T.J. Maxx — Attraction in Santa Monica

FUNNY STORY I met some weirdo in DTSM who promised to lead me to this TJMaxx store. Although weary, I followed, since I was lost, and needed a LAST MINUTE housewarming gift. We entered together, and I thanked him with a couple of bucks, and went straight to the discount isle, always my favorite. After a good ten minutes browsing, I found a large bottle of fancy European vanilla dish soap, perfect for this gift. Originally $14, only $4. Waiting in the EXTRA SLOW line (more than my browsing time) I noticed there was an upstairs because the security guard was THROWING OUT that guy who brought me there! I stupidly entered the discourse as they passed me, by letting them all know that I wouldn't have even known how to find the store without him, and they mistook this to mean I was his "kin" presumably, because the rude lady who rang me up demanded I pay FULL PRICE for the broken bottle. I laughed and tried explaining but they went on and on almost accusing me of "poppin' tags"!! (like the song😅🤣😂) It was so ridiculous and a huge waste of my time. I ended up leaving with nothing of course, except another new ODD friend, who might have had issues with kleptomania, but became the only happily entertaining thing that happened to me that day. The manager's name slips my mind but I don't think it would have mattered. They obviously have such a problem with poor people stealing a dollar and a half worth of merchandise that they don't realize that these locals COULD ACTUALLY INCREASE their business IF they were kinder to PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! I'LL NEVER return to this store... they tried to humiliate me and we own stock in this company. Hire...

This place is my alternative for other TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Not because they are worse than others, as a matter of fact, the service is one of the best I have seen. It is just too small for me, that is it. Maybe because it is in the expensive area?

I have been to several in different areas. This one has a restroom and that is thoughtful. And the restroom is also clean as I inspected and washed my hands there.

The stuff is ok, the first floor has more than upstairs. The household area does not have many selections compared to other branches. Maybe it is also due to the shoppers.

I refunded one item and the process was really nice and fast. Briana is young, friendly and fast enough to finish within one minute. I feel good for the whole process.

I have stopped by several times to check out the new items, not each time I will buy something. But I bought Christmas chocolate just last night here. It is just the right time of the year for this. And TJ Maxx is definitely ready.

A nice quiet location for this branch. I don’t know where the parking lot is as I arrive on foot. It is also safe without people bothering you outside. That makes me feel safe.

TJ Maxx shopping is so reliable still after all my years busy,succeeding but winning in All-American as All-American but not even the point as natural as shopping TJ Maxx the clothes buying I've done again was that good of a real dedication and devotion to my work and my fun and my lifestyle anyway. TJ Maxx you made my reputation even better I looked so great I only bought the best looking clothes and looked more in style than anyone could guess or think. I felt comfortable in my modern style of decisions. TJMaxx shopping into my life more instead of just my good mood-set feelings about shopping there and knowing there's always clothes or footwear or house wear jewelry etc. I want to thank.ur different prices/and brands that you stock to sell and your clothes are so shoppable! That's not a me thing anyway and it's easier to say it this way and a better funner way to keep going having fun shopping or wearing my new clothes or thinking of what other T.J.Maxx besides this awesome 2- floor store in Santa Monica.Thank you,,T.J.Maxx!
