I had the absolute pleasure of training with Sarah-Turan Jean, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a trainer at Show Up Fitness, Sarah brings an extraordinary blend of deep anatomical knowledge, healing insight, and personalized care to every session.
Before working with Sarah, I had been dealing with persistent knee pain for years. Going up and down stairs was uncomfortable—sometimes painful, always accompanied by creaks and cricks. I had accepted it as a part of life. But after several sessions with Sarah, the pain is completely gone. So is the noise. It feels like a miracle, but it’s really the result of her expertise, intuition, and skillful guidance.
Sarah doesn’t just lead workouts—she helps people heal. Every session was tailored specifically to my needs, and she was meticulous in ensuring each movement was performed safely and correctly. Her clear instructions, encouragement, and ability to explain why each exercise matters made all the difference.

The trainers there at Show Up aren't your typical run in the mill trainers. Each one of them have dedicated hours upon hours on their path to perfect their profession. Unlike most of the typical trainers you'll find in your local cooperate gym, they go above and beyond the call of duty. They truly care about their clients, educating us on the truths beyond the myths you hear or read in magazines and social media. They are straight forward and aren't going to fill your head with false hopes that you will reach your goal tomorrow. But rather keep you motivated knowing that tomorrow is just another step towards reaching that goal. Wether your goal is to loose weight, gain weight, shred, or just to learn the smarter way to reach your goal. I'm sure any of the trainers at Show Up can either help you or refer you to the best trainer there to reach that goal. For me it's the owner Chris Hitchko cause of his "though love push hard" attitude. Works perfect in motivating this ole marine to go harder. Not only is Chris knowledgeable about all aspects of personal training and customizing to the individual, he is also incredibly kind. Chris is a consummate professional and is so fun to be around. In addition, I have been through his in-person internship as well as online, and continue to take the online classes for continuing education. I completely credit my growing personal successes when it comes to helping others to him & his fabulous team of instructors. I am the type of person that is always so hungry to learn and have asked him a million and one questions (Sorry Chris 😂 ) and he has always been so kind and very helpful.
