Spa Trouvé — Attraction in Saratoga Springs

The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the receptionist and medical assistant were very nice as well as professional. It would have been a negative 1 if it wasn’t for them. The Injector was overly rude. I have been doing Botox for a while. I have done the areas she was treating so many times and I know what I usually get. She wanted to give me a little over double what I normally get. I told her that I wasn’t comfortable doing that much and I want to stick with my normal dosage. She argued with me about four times. It was very uncomfortable & awkward. She looked at me as if I was stupid as well. I get people have bad days but that is not how you treat anyone. I still left a tip which she didn’t deserve. She was super upset but I did not want to do over double the amount that I normally get. I had the free 10 units of Botox so when we checked out She said in a really rude voice to the receptionist, she only wants her 10 FREE units and rolled her eyes. She was upset that I didn’t want to do what she recommend (however this wasn’t my first time and I know what I like). She didn’t turn around and say bye. Nothing she was mad and rude. Never considered myself a “Spa Gal” but I guess I am now!;) I had my first few appointments at this beautiful new location that just opened in Saratoga Springs. First off, The front desk is very helpful at making the scheduling and check out so easy —even offering a beverage as you walk in! I have been treated by Chelsea. She was SO knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable as we went through my whole consultation and came up with the plan to address my skin needs. Her explanations were so easy to understand and I walked away with product I’m actually excited to use and can notice the difference quality products give you. I’ve since returned two more times and a had a facial that felt amazing and then the next time I had laser hair removal. Again something that could be awkward she made it quick & easy! I’m so glad this Spa Trouvé location is closer to my home since I plan on spending a lot of time here in the next several months to get all my skin needs met! I have been to 3 different Spa Trouvé locations and I have to admit that this one is my favorite. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and kind and the Spa itself has a beautiful vibe. Chelsea is amazing at skincare treatments and I love that she makes personalized suggestions to improve your skin. My skin is so healthy and glowing since I've been constant with my skincare treatments at Spa Trouvé. My husband also comes to this location to get laser hair removal on his neck so he doesn't have to shave ever again. He's had amazing results and he loves how quick and easy the appointments are. We are so happy to finally have such a professional medical Spa in Saratoga Springs! We'd recommend it...
