Andrew is a lifesaver!!! He was willing to stay late for us on a Saturday night close to closing hours. I had left my phone at the airport before our vacation, and didn’t have time to retrieve it before our flight. The airport was willing to keep my phone till we were returned from our vacation. Since we were gonna be out of the country when we landed in California we headed to the nearest AT and T store, and bought a new phone, before catching our cruise ship. (Shout out to Andrea in the Long Beach Store). When we came back to Utah Saturday night we we headed straight to our local AT and T store to reactivate my old phone (I wanted to keep my old one because I have 1TB). So we decided to gift our daughter the new phone we purchased. Andrew was willing to stay late to help us figure out how to do all of this. He also reset our daughter’s new phone for us so we didn’t have to figure out how to do this after delivering the phone to her. I can’t begin to express how thankful we were for his customer service when it didn’t really benefit him in anyway, other than just plain good ole great customer service, and being a great human being. He could’ve told us the store was closing soon, and he didn’t have time, and we would have to return Monday. I hope you do whatever it takes to keep him around. He’s a really good one to keep!
Also, might I mention when we walked in he was helping another family. He not only took care of their needs, but was willing to assist us with our...
Read moreIn Dec of 2022 my parents opened a new family plan with a sales person here. I got an IPhone 14 with a new line. My parents then decided At&t was charging almost double what T-Mobile offered. The following day we opened the lines we took the phones back and we’re told we would get a refund on the cards on file we paid for sales tax/phone plan. My parents got their refund but I did not receive my sales tax refund for the iPhone 14. I disputed the transaction with my bank and At&t refused to refund me. I called this store and talked to Adam, Adam said since it was outside the 14 day return period there was nothing he could do and to call customer care. I did as he said and customer care said there’s nothing they could do that it would be an issue the store needed to resolve. I got Adam and customer care on a 3-way call and we couldn’t come to an agreement. Then Adam said something about restock fees and why didn’t get the refund. This was not mentioned when we returned the phones. I got extremely frustrated because they were not giving me my money back and basically told me I was straight out of luck. Don’t waste your time with AT&T they’re a joke and unorganized. They take your money and refuse to give it back even if you’re in the right.
EDIT: not only do they do that, in addition to that they lie to you about credentials so you cant hold them liable for...
Read moreI'll be honest here. The first time around was great. The team was helpful, but they were a bit pushy about some of their promos, understandable. We bought two of the Galaxy watches on a deal, and later (within the 2 weeks) decided to return them because the per month cost for the two would be around 50 bucks. We were told it would be about 30 for the two, so that was disappointing. When we tried returning it, we were informed of the 55 dollar return fee per device. My wife and I were very confused, and both attest that neither of us was told of this fee, only that we had two weeks to return the devices. We eventually agreed to pay the fee; however, the manager did accuse us of saying we did hear it because his team is very well trained and highly doubts they missed that information. Obviously, defend your team, but where it got wrong was the accusation by the manager that we did hear him say the restock fee even though we both still believe we did not. All-in-all, the experience was fine. They were great when we were on the same team, but when a little bit of contention arose, we felt the two "helping" us were trying to catch us on our word and trying to convince us that we were lying. Professional at first, not professional...
