T-Mobile at Costco — Local services in Saratoga Springs

To start out I can not say enough about this location of T-Mobile. Do yourself a favor and only go here. If you are ucky enough to work with Carlos you will be in extremely knowledgeable and helpful hands. Not only is everyone there incredibly fast and professional, but they are more than willing to help with any issue or concern you have. Carlos helped me every time I didn't know how to transfer my new phone information to deciding to switch phones. He Never once made me feel like an idiot for not knowing what in the world I was doing. I am so very grateful! On a side note, I feel horrible that they have to stand all day without a chair or a stool, but it has not affected their friendliness or outstanding service. We have had many bad experiences with phone companies that it was so nice to feel taken care or and not feel taken advantage of while getting an expensive purchase. I will from now on only go to the Costco T-Mobile. They are doing something incredibly right there in Saratoga Springs, UT location. Maybe give them a few chairs or stools- for the sakes of their backs and feet - I would happily buy them for them if they are allowed to have them. Thank you to Carlos and the Costco T-Mobile team. Carlos is great! He helped me to set up 2 new lines along with transferring over an existing phone number that was a little harder to do because it was from a government assistance program for seniors that had ended. He explained everything every step of the way and was very patient the whole way through. He even helped us get our rebates submitted before leaving the store rather then sending us off to do it on our own. I have a T-Mobile location closer to where I live but it was worth the little bit of a further drive to receive Carlos' excellent service, plus this location is also...

A shopping experience. Although we could not find a phone we liked, we continued in. Go in for a gallon of milk, leave with a set of tires put on, large screen tv, fresh cut steaks, garden supplies, prescriptions fulled computer monitors and information on how to buy a car. On top of the extra friendliness of the personelle in the store, unrivaled with any competitor. And an atmosphere that just feels good at throwing you money at them. Then, get a nice affordable lunch on the way out, gas up and back...
