This place is the biggest furniture scam in Savannah, GA! Where do I start....First, before you consider them please do yourself a huge favor and try Gibson McDonald in Jessup, GA. Especially if you are trying to rebuild your credit. The ladies at this location are vultures! They call you while you are at work several times during the day when they can call you after your work hours or on the weekend since they are open until 6pm during the week and 5pm on Saturdays. My overall experience with them was a complete nightmare! They take advantage of folks who have poor credit. They claim they will replace any item on your lease if it breaks but all they want to do is botched up your broken items. I continued to pay monthly for a broken bed for 4 months and I called them every day to check on the status of my replacement. When you are close to owning your furniture and you miss one payment they come to pick it up. All I can say is lesson learned! I was new to the Savannah area and I thought they were a reputable business to purchase furniture. Please take my advice and warning before you go to this location: Check out other furniture stores first even if they check your credit. I purchased a sofa set for them 6 months ago come to find out it was infested with bed bugs!!! When I confronted them about it they try to say I don’t get them from the sofa I purchased well we did!!!!!! The exterminator told us that the sofas is where the reside and they was lying dormant until a host was available smh that also said that the sofas had to be removed!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DONT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL. SAVE YOUR MONEY ... EVERYTHING I TRIED TO DO TO MAKE SURE I COULD PAY UP WAS DENIED UNTIL THE VERY END. EVERYONE IS NOT ON THE SAME PAGE AND SOME PEOPLE DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE ENERGY.
