My family and I received the worst customer service treatment at this establishment and I have no choice but to disclose. We arrived at 10:35pm which obviously was close to closing time but the manager assured us that we would be taken cared of even though it was so close to closing time. We were seated in the section the manager instructed the hostess to seat us in and our waiter who was in process of cleaning the table right across from ours, said he would be right with us with rudness and attitude! When he came over to the table he never asked how we were doing he just asked what he could he get us and that the grill was closing in 17 minutes which he repeated three (3) times while he was taking our drink order! We could all tell time! I'm confident that if there was an issue with us being served the manager would've mentioned it when we first arrived. After he took our drink order he returned after 10'minutes with our drinks and then rushed to take our order. After about 15 more minutes passed he came back out to the order machine and asked "are yall eating in or taking it to go"? Why would he asked us that question? We were seated to be served! We all looked at him like he had a problem understanding but none the less we said we're eating here! Our waiter was very pushy, unprofessional, rude and his attitude was unacceptable! I must mention that I read lips and sign and for our waiter to whisper to his counterpart when he was at the ordering station that "these people came in right before we closed"! What difference does that make is what I said which he acted as if he didn't hear me which was fine! Our waiter walked away from the order station and my family and I dedcided to get our food to go! We stopped a waitress and she said immediately what did our waiter do (which said to us that he obviously is not as professional as he needs to be) we just asked her to make our food to go! The manager came by to asked was everything ok I started to respond but we wanted to make sure that our food wasn't tampered with because we were extremely dissatisfied with the service! The manager said that they put a fresh patch a bread in the oven and they would send it out within 6 minutes and we thanked him! When our waiter came back to the table with the our food we asked him about the bread and he said they already threw all the bread away for the night! I said your manager said differently and some was just coming out of the oven, he said that he would check and he miraculously returned with the bread! Things were missing off of the plates that we ordered and that was because he was rushing to take our order or he either intentionally forgot or maybe just forgot. Nevertheless we paid our bill and even left a $10.00 tip!
I understand that everyone has a bad day or night but when you have a job to do you do it and you do it with professionalism! If you the employee has something personally going on which will affect you doing your job let your supervisor know so the two of you can make the necessary adjustment! If you have an issue with customers coming in close to closing and you're ready to go home or you have plans that you can't be late for talk to your supervisor and address the issue with him or her and "Never" take it out on the customers!
I recommend Professionalism training for our waiter! Everyone else that we came in contact with were very professional and helpful!

My husband and I get seated and our waitress Stacy, comes over gets our drink order, than rushes over with 2 biscuits, says they ran out and she will be more when she can. So we give her are order surf & turf , both ask for our filet to be cooked medium, I asked for mashed potatoes and broccoli and my husband asked for baked and broccoli. While waiting for our food other people are coming in, and we hear people asking for biscuits and Stacy telling them they ran out should be ready in about 5 min. She brings out our food, except for my husband's baked potatoe she says will be out soon. We are trying to be patient and enjoy our evening, our filet's are both bloody and rare and the lobster is overcooked but we don't say anything, about 15 min goes by and she comes and asks us how everything is, we say fine being nice , my husband says would be better if I had my baked potatoe, she says their still not done. We continue eating, my husband has only like three bites of his steak left and it's about another 15 min she comes by and he says I still didn't get my baked potato, I want to talk to the manager. She says ok, she goes and takes another order which takes about 10 min, before she even goes to tell her manger we want to speak to them. So about another 5 minutes goes by making it a total of 15 min, the manger comes by and says you want to talk to me. My husband says yes, I ordered a bake potato which I never received, she says well your waitress should have told you we were out of them! My husband says well, she did when she brought out our food 40ish minutes ago, she doesn't say I'm sorry or can we offer you something else or I'll comp your bill nothing! My I than says Im not paying full price for my meal, than she says ok . And she leaves and about another 10 minutes goes by and Stacy brings out check, which has a 10 percent military discount, which was fine. What a disappointing evening! Won't be back and definitely do not recommend! I'd give 0 stars...
Read moreVery Good! Seaside Shrimp Trio was just as we remember from our many visits in Harrisburg, PA. Unfortunately since we moved to Bluffton. SC we have missed Red Lobster, since this GA location is the closest 1 to us. We will be back for the Endless Shrimp promotion! Our waitress Shannon was very nice & thorough. 5/12/23: WOW! What an improvement! We don't know if this location is under new management but things have certainly turned around since the last couple of years. 1st of all, the Restaurant was almost full after many previous times we have been there with maybe 1 or 2 other tables. Seemed to be fully staffed & they all seemed very friendly & efficient with other customers. Our waitress - Kiera was excellent! We hope you can keep up the good job. This will be our last visit - we have said this before but we always get sucked back in by the commercials & our good experiences from other locatations. We entered right after another couple. The 4 of us stood there for a good 5 minutes talking to each other before the manager came out of her office. She said she would be right with us, but again we waited. We asked for a Table & she tried seating us at a half booth/table. I said No, we wanted a table. There were no chairs at the table. My Husband & I each grabbed a chair from another table. Then the manager also brought a chair (3 for 2 people). Waitress took forever to take our order which we ordered drinks & meals. We ordered unsweetened tea with Sweet-N-Low. Finally, she brought us SWEET tea with sweeteners. Then we were told Tea was being brewed. Also, well after order was placed we were told they were out of Cole Slaw. We sat over 35 minutes when I went to the Manager to complain. She said the kitchen was running behind - never apologized. The Waitress was not efficient.
