DO NOT SHOP HERE. Manager Layla provided horrendous service. I was sold a faulty product (broken office chair) and Layla did not compensate me whatsoever for this inconvenience. In fact, she would not even provide me with a new chair without charging me for an assembly fee, even though I assembled the chair. Important note, it was not a low-quality chair. Regular price is over $450.
Layla made it as difficult as possible to just get my money back, where other companies in the past (Amazon, Steelcase) have provided me with a brand new model for zero charge. I would have at least expected a discount on a new model (only other model they had in stock was the floor model), but no, I would have been charged even MORE. Allegedly this store has no faulty product policy; there is nothing you can do besides pay full price (if you’re lucky) for another product and pray it isnt also broken.
The products are faulty, the staff is abysmal. I’ve had significantly better customer support online with Amazon. If you need in person products, Walmart, Staples and Best Buy are just around the corner. DO...

I was in the store earlier today and was informed I did not have the right information for a tax exempt purchase, which I asked if there was a way to look it up. Your sales manager's response was inappropriate and laughed at me as if I had asked him something insane. I informed him that it he "didn't need to laugh at me for asking the question". He didn't care and didn't apologize or offer any other assistance such as a number to call corporate, etc. He would rather laugh and be inappropriate even while the two other employees looked on in absolute embarrassment at his response. Read moreWorst customer service ever!!! Had to call four times to finally be able to talk to someone. The staff sounds like they are tired and know nothing. The manager was rude and kept trying to talk over me and make it as if I was lying. I was looking to have some carbonless forms printed and have always sent the order via email and paid for it at pick up. He said that since March 2020 that wasn't an option, however I did place orders this way last year, most recent order Dec 2020. I have been going to this location for 4 years and have had no issues until now. What a shame. I will no longer be shopping here. I'll take my printing and office business somewhere else. P.S.
