Dollar Tree — Attraction in Scottsdale

Matt was my cashier at this Dollar tree. He went out of his out of his way to be the best cashier of all time at any dollar tree I have shopped at. He is kind, courteous & an absolute joy to have helped me. If all employees were to take a page out of his book, I believe, it would make this location know for its exemplary customer service. Matt you rock! I'm humbled and greatly impressed by his assertiveness in preforming stellar customer service. Someone read the handbook and took the care and time to represent his company to the highest standard. It shows pride you position and company when conducting yourself at this level of performance. I have been to several Dollar Tree's and have never been disappointed. The positive reviews for this location make me wonder if I was in an entirely different store. This store is beyond disorganized. One of the employee's was running around without a mask on getting up close to customers. It was apparent she wasn't happy to be there as she was throwing things on the shelves. The front cashier kept calling for backup cashiers on the loudest overhead speaker I've ever heard. Every time they called out on it I thought I was going to jump out of my skin. The store is filthy. I can't imagine it has been cleaned recently with the black spots all over the floors. I liked this location until today. Let me tell you why, at the beginning I was having a good time shopping around and what not getting snacks and some Halloween decorations and one of those items was made out of glass, I go to checkout and the old lady that was working cashier just ended up dumping all my items on the thing that moves next to the register because all my items were in a basket after I told her politely to be careful she just ignored me and gave me a rude glare. They really need to tell the workers to be more polite and not have attitudes that's very unprofessional. Think I'll just go to a different Dollar Tree from now on. Very...
