Wing Stop? More like please stop…making wings. This location is absolutely awful-spent $60 last night on two boneless meal deals and a 4 piece tender. Also ordered veggies sticks-never got those so that’s cool. Both sets of boneless wings were so incredibly dry you could hardly bite into them. We ended up ordering other food as we figured maybe we could put them in the fridge over night to soften. I tried to eat them today(spent a stupid amount of money so obviously I’m not trying to have these go to waste) still so dry. Like how do you do that? I’m genuinely curious…it’s literally called…wing stop. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews on this location before we ordered. Learned my lesson. Will most definitely not be coming back here. Read moreI ordered from Wingstop and unfortunately, my order was missing items. I tried to address the issue by speaking with Eliza, who claimed to be the manager at that location, but instead of helping resolve the situation, she was very rude and unprofessional.
Not only did she give me an attitude, but she also dismissed the problem by saying “oh, that’s it—in a food store it’s normal for this to happen.” That response is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be correct and complete, and if there’s an issue, I expect respectful and helpful customer service.
Mistakes can happen, but good customer service should always make things right. Instead, I was left with missing food, wasted money, and a very unpleasant experience.

Read moreI am appalled by the unprofessional nature of the manager on duty Carson. Not only was every single table filthy....After interviewing a potential hire he openly stated for all to hear, that he can tell that guy will probably not be a good hire. As the conversation between him and his coworkers continued...he also stated that he only hires a "certain" type of woman. He was rude to his employees and used foul language. Which I dont appreciate since I had my 5 year old with me. As someone who has professionally worked in management for over 15 years I found this behavior obnoxious and unprofessional.
