I called yesterday New Years Eve (12/31/2019) about fixing my Samsung Galaxy S9 cracked screen and they offer to stay open beyond 5pm planned closing if I needed it fixed yesterday. They also looked up their inventory and told me he had the parts and gave me an immediate quote on what it would take to repair my phone. I told then that I would get back to then today New Years Day (01/01/2020) and so I decided it would be best for me to get it repaired. So I called them today New Years Day to verify if open and got a voice mail. After a few minutes I got a return call from them asking how they could help. I then traveled to their office and was a bit hard to find because it was in the laundromat. When I got there he explain the process and I left my phone and I didn't have to pay anything up front. They told me it would take about 1 hour, so my wife and I went shopping for about 1.5 hours. When I got back it was done and I tested it out by making calls, tested charging, powered off and powered on and all worked great! I was told that I could bring it back if I had any issues with it outside if the screen is cracked or the phone gets wet and he would address it. I was very impressed by the reasonable price, how professional I was treated and the nice job that was done on my phone. I would highly recommend the Oops Mobile phone repair to anyone that has a cracked...

Review for Oops Mobile - 101 River St., Scranton, PA
I had a fantastic experience at Oops Mobile this eveningI was facing a frustrating issue with my iPhone 13 where I couldn’t connect with Siri. Normally, turning my phone off and on solves the problem, but today, I turned it off, and when it came back on, my screen was unresponsive. As someone who relies on my phone for work, managing finances, and emails, this was a significant inconvenience.
While doing laundry, I remembered that Oops Mobile was conveniently located nearby, so I gave them a call and explained my situation. I stopped by after work, and to my relief, the technician fixed the issue in less than five minutes!
Additionally, I mentioned I was having a problem with my charging port, which was blocked with dust and dirt. He cleaned it right up without any hassle. When I asked how much I owed, he simply said it was a quick fix and that he was glad to help. I truly appreciate his honesty; many places would have suggested I needed a new screen or charging port, but he didn’t.
Overall, I highly recommend Oops Mobile for their excellent service, honesty, and expertise. They saved my day, and I’ll definitely be back if I need any more...
Read moreI unfortunately had to use their services two times but they resulted in happy endings. The first time I brought in a Dell tablet that had a finicky USB jack. As I found out at two other repair places previous to going to Oops, the problem required micro-soldering on the motherboard or a new (hard to get) replacement motherboard. Oops said the same and none of them did micro-soldering. The difference with Oops was that they suggested a few workarounds that I could try to cause it to be less finicky. The tablet now works perfectly and it cost me nothing. The second time happened just today. This time it was with a ASUS Chromebook that suddenly refused to charge. I tried a few suggestions on the ASUS website but none worked. Since I had such a good experience the last time, I went directly to Oops. They knew immediately what the problem was and how to fix it. Three hours later they called and told me my fully charged Chromebook was ready for pickup. It cost $19 for the repair and I have a year warranty that if it happens again (Some Chromebooks are prone to this, something I didn't know) the next repair is free. Needless to say, I'm...
