9th & Thomas is a beautiful, relatively new high rise building with below grade parking, several nice ground floor restaurants including a boutique coffee shop and authentic BBQ, Class A office space and penthouse residence all in an energy efficient package, topped off with beautiful art work. This place is NOT open 24 hours, and the security guard will harass you for pushing the handicap door button when you come looking for breakfast at 6 AM, refuse to accept that you thought the place was open, and threaten to call the cops on you....
