I don't like how you have to wait in line at the entrance for an employer to let you past the blocked entry into the store. They said it was crowd control, but the store looked pretty empty to me! It is just so inconvenient and uncomfortable having people look at you as you stand there. The employees at the front don't seem to want to be there, either. They spout out the script with a monotone and unwelcoming voice. Not even engaging with the customers, but we have to listen to the them chit chat with their coworkers. Hmmm, I'm going to take away an extra star because I remembered that I also had an issue with a return I did when I went in. The girl who did the refund said she couldn't credit it back to my card, but could give me store credit on a voucher card. It was no problem because I was going to get the same items in different sizes anyway... But when I checked out an hour later, there was only $15 on the voucher card (instead of the $58 I was told earlier). There was a shift change and the new girl pretty much told me it wasn't her and she couldn't help me. None of the employees were the same after the shift change, so nobody could verify for me who handled my return. Oh man, it was so frustrating. Even with the receipts I showed them, it was about 30 minutes before I found out where the money went (I was the one who figured it out for them!) and the poor guy behind me had to wait all that time... He only had...

Read moreRoss generally has a b expectation to be fairly light stock and random assortments. Knowing this I was excited to see this one when it was new. First trip inside was greeted with only one of the 2 brand new sets of doors being utilized with stanchions dividing the door for ingress and egress. When entering the building I was stopped by security in the door way and had to wait for a few moments for unknown reasons. While there is definitely a known concern for theft, this was very off-putting and made me feel very unwelcome in the space. Additionally, don’t ask me why I am coming to a retail store… I’m coming to find something worth giving you money. If I wasn’t, it’s not like I would say I was coming to steal anyways. This visit was several months ago and I have not felt...
