Beston Inn Seattle — Hotel in Seattle

Shady, ghetto, stereotyping, owners. Asian family that thinks they are running some 5-star resort.

It was literally the cheapest thing and after loosing my wallet it was my only option.

There’s a “no guests” policy (has anyone even ever heard of this Craziness?) that you’ll never know about, because they don’t have it on their 3rd party site when you book. And of course they don’t let you know during check in either. They came pounding on my door after watching me and my cousin on camera getting into our room. They then demanded mine ans his ID’s. There’s no price difference for 1 or 2 people btw. Sorry but that’s Creepy, and intrusive. Gross.

They then threw a fit, literally yelling at me 10:30 at night thinking that was supposed to be intimidating? Naw.

To top it all off, the 11in tv in the room was already broken when we got there. I’m certain they forgot to check that during turndown, and were just waiting for the next guest who they were mad at to charge.

I’m a law student, I come from a family of multiple business owners. This is the last place I’d ever let a friend or family member stay. Garbage humans.

While pulling out, mom, dad and kid all glared at us. I wish I had gotten a picture cause it was the funniest thing. It was like they were trying to be a chinese mobb. Literally made my day! Haha

The rooms are extremely nice compared to all the ones I have stayed at on Aurora by far the best .....!!!! They have a sink in the lil kitchen arearish area I loved it me and my bf stayed there last night we got there like at 1 in the morning the manager was absolutely awesome if i rated this place on costumer service it would be 10 on a 1 to 5 scale he was very nice and didn't seem bothered at all that we woke him up he even worked with us with the deposit because we only had. 50 and I believe it was 100 and in the morning he didn't try to rip us off for the deposit we got it all back by far the best place to stay on Aurora I had to leave a review to let everyone know how good this place is oh and I forgot to mention the rooms are really nicely decorateed with artificial plants and flowers and nice rugs and the bedding was nicw and clean the pillows were fluffy and the towels actually are towels not some nasty skimpy cleaning rag i love this place thank you managemnet for being soo. Lovely sincerely...

I was a little disappointed and reading some of the reviews makes me question some people's motives. I'm a 63 yo. Disabled veteran and I started staying at Beston in over a year ago. And I now stay at the facility every time I come to see my grandchildren which is about a week every month. First I'd like to say that though the property is older it's been taken care of exceptionally. The rooms have always been extremely clean and very comfortable. And the folks that manage the property are exceptionally kind and professional. The location is excellent and for me it's a nice escape from all the corporate hotels. I appreciate the essence of knowing the owners are not only kind but have always done everything possible to meet my needs. I felt compelled to leave this review and hope others will find it helpful.
