I’m glad you are taking steps towards reducing the noise, but it’s frankly not enough. I live across the street from LTD and the noise truly makes this wonderful home and neighborhood unlivable. Not long ago, the music was so loud that dishes in our house were literally rattling with the vibration - for hours on end, from 3 pm to 10 pm. This was with all of our windows and doors closed, but many of our neighbors don’t have AC and have to crack a window open for temperature control during the hot summer months.
Last night they went to 3 am and today they show no sign of stopping anytime soon. We endured this every single weekend of last summer too, and last year the music often didn’t stop till well past midnight every single weekend. We love Fremont and we don’t want to move, but your bar is driving people out of the neighborhood. Please, show that you care about this community by enforcing a reasonable volume — other local music venues like Nectar have taken steps to sound proof their venue so as not to be such a public...
Read moreMy partner and I visited this establishment durning the Summer Solstice. Drinks made wrong, and very rude service. Said partner tried to explain the experience in another review and was told by ownership “take a breath” and “the world isn’t over”. Seems immature and unprofessional to disregard feedback that wasn’t aggressive and tried to genuinely address an issue.
Maybe your customers wouldn’t resort to emailing ownership directly under throw away accounts if you took accountability for your crew when they are wrong. The customers ARENT always right, but no matter the volume- you are a bartender. This is your job. Be. Professional.

Read moreI was just here 20 minutes ago. Came in and only about 5 customers. Me and my friends sat down and was there for 10 minutes before taking our drink order. We all ordered cokes. They brought drinks and we sit there and waited and waited and waited. Never came back to take food order. Guys was on his cell phone and could care less if we ordered. Paid $14 for the flat cokes and left hungry. Don't go here. They could care less if they do business or not. We only came here cause there was a door lined out of local tide and had a long wait. Avoid LTD bar and grill.
Adding to my review that the response from the owner shows how unprofessional they are and lack of customer service. We were there way longer than 3 minutes as owner suggests. We shouldn't have to wave down the bartender. If you stay off your cell phone and actually take care of customers we wouldn't have to wave someone down.
