Read moreI just started yoga (at 60!) and Pranify is my first studio experience. I was looking specifically for a hot yoga option. I’ve taken 6 classes so far as part of their 2 week introductory offer and it has worked out wonderfully. The spaces are calm, welcoming, and clean and, even with full classes, it doesn’t feel overly crowded in the studio or the locker rooms. I love the fact that they have filtered water and showers available. It makes preparing and transitioning so much easier and more pleasant.
The classes have been great. So many options every day that it’s been easy to fit into my schedule. Although it’s not really feasible to get much get one-on-one attention, the 5 instructors I’ve encountered were very thoughtful of all skill levels and gave good guidance on poses and flow.
A couple very nice touches are that they invite you to relax in the space for a bit after class ends if you need some recovery / cool-down time and, so far, the instructors from each session sit at the front desk after class ends as students are leaving. It’s a very nice way to have connection as you go.
All in all, I’ve had a fantastic experience and would recommend giving...
Read moreThe space is warm, inviting. Changing rooms & spaces are first class. Instructors /greeters are always kind & understanding. All body sizes and shapes attend which is also a good sign of a welcoming safe space. Workout is great, pushing always to a higher level if it can be handled. Price is simply too high for me to actually afford, so there is no way to go frequently. They have an option to exchange energy which is helpful if you can’t afford it. #energyexchange Practice space is very tight in a full class, but as we are in the city, that’s understandable. If building owners lower rent the studio can pass on these savings to attendees. People I’ve attended with in classes aren’t all the friendliest, but respectful and keep to themselves if that is what you seek. I get the distinct impression there is an unwritten rule not to talk to each other, like a holy place. The PCC next door is a blessing and the parking is not bad at all.
Overall (excluding cost) an excellent yoga studio, quality teachers that really do their professional best to serve you and your journeys needs.
I just wish I could...
