This is a gem of a lovely studio tucked away at the center of Green Lake Village! I recently got a trial pass that allowed me to try a variety of classes-I really loved The Roots & Fuzion, though Pranify has everything one needs for a successful practice including: kind and observant instructors, engaged practitioners, and an overall vibe of strength and support. Highly recommend!

I love working out here, I never thought that I would like hot yoga. I'm not a huge fan of being warm but I went with friends for my first class and left feeling the most relaxed that I have felt in months! It also feels like you are stepping into a spa whenever you come into their studio.

Pranify Yoga in Seattle is a true gem for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or simply find a moment of peace in their day. The studio offers a wide variety of classes, from gentle and calming flows to more intense, challenging sessions, ensuring that yogis of all levels can find something that suits their needs. The environment is warm, welcoming, and completely judgment-free, making it easy to feel at home no matter where you are in your yoga journey.

The instructors are outstanding—knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about what they do. They provide thoughtful guidance, helpful modifications, and tools like blocks and straps to ensure everyone can practice safely and effectively. They’re also approachable, always willing to answer questions or help with poses after class.

What makes Pranify stand out is its strong sense of community and commitment to uplifting local businesses and individuals. It’s clear they care about more than just yoga; they’re dedicated to creating a space where people can connect, grow, and support each other.

Located in Greenlake Village, the studio is spacious and inviting, regularly hosting not just yoga classes but also workshops, events, and special ceremonies that enrich the experience beyond the mat. It’s truly a space for transformation and connection.

If you're looking for a yoga studio that combines excellent teaching, a welcoming atmosphere, and a focus on community, Pranify Yoga is the perfect place. It’s more than just a studio—it’s a place where you can grow both physically and mentally. Five stars,...

I just started yoga (at 60!) and Pranify is my first studio experience. I was looking specifically for a hot yoga option. I’ve taken 6 classes so far as part of their 2 week introductory offer and it has worked out wonderfully. The spaces are calm, welcoming, and clean and, even with full classes, it doesn’t feel overly crowded in the studio or the locker rooms. I love the fact that they have filtered water and showers available. It makes preparing and transitioning so much easier and more pleasant.

The classes have been great. So many options every day that it’s been easy to fit into my schedule. Although it’s not really feasible to get much get one-on-one attention, the 5 instructors I’ve encountered were very thoughtful of all skill levels and gave good guidance on poses and flow.

A couple very nice touches are that they invite you to relax in the space for a bit after class ends if you need some recovery / cool-down time and, so far, the instructors from each session sit at the front desk after class ends as students are leaving. It’s a very nice way to have connection as you go.

All in all, I’ve had a fantastic experience and would recommend giving...

The space is warm, inviting. Changing rooms & spaces are first class. Instructors /greeters are always kind & understanding. All body sizes and shapes attend which is also a good sign of a welcoming safe space. Workout is great, pushing always to a higher level if it can be handled. Price is simply too high for me to actually afford, so there is no way to go frequently. They have an option to exchange energy which is helpful if you can’t afford it. #energyexchange Practice space is very tight in a full class, but as we are in the city, that’s understandable. If building owners lower rent the studio can pass on these savings to attendees. People I’ve attended with in classes aren’t all the friendliest, but respectful and keep to themselves if that is what you seek. I get the distinct impression there is an unwritten rule not to talk to each other, like a holy place. The PCC next door is a blessing and the parking is not bad at all.

Overall (excluding cost) an excellent yoga studio, quality teachers that really do their professional best to serve you and your journeys needs.

I just wish I could...
