I’m a frequent wellness/aesthetics client at a few establishments around Seattle—even dabbled in plastics and am very much looking for the smartest solutions and bang for my buck. I’m 47, and aging gracefully, maybe even fooling some people about my birth decade.

Lifted Beauty and Wellness is clearly a passion project by its owners. Lifted has thought through all the latest innovations and also considered the bigger/more wholistic picture of what beauty means in 2025 and beyond. I get the sense they are constantly taking stock of what is vital and what isn’t.

Let’s get to the practitioners~ Natasha is a Master Aesthetician, literally and figuratively. She’s a vibrant, positive, honest and warm person with an incredible eye, all the esthetic experience and talent. If there is a treatment out there, she knows about it, will know what is right for you and your skin at whatever stage in your life, whatever day or whatever week.

Melissa is a standout in the world of medical/aesthetic injectors. If you are unsure about injectables, need an unbiased opinion or are just concerned that you’ll look wonky, fret no more. I’ve received filler elsewhere that was ill advised (in areas that just wouldn’t work for my particular face and had to wait it out). I don’t have to worry about that at Lifted, and peace of mind shows on my unfurled face.

LIFTED is a gem! This boutique-style med spa is a great destination for anyone who is ready for a little (or a lot of) self-enhancement. For more than a year, I looked for the right clinical team to help me reduce some fatty areas of my body that just would not budge with nutrition and exercise. I went to four other offices, talked with cosmetic surgeons, nurses, estheticians and friends trying to figure out what would work best for me. I chose Sculpsure.

In my learning process I discovered that not all Sculpsure providers are the same. I chose LIFTED because Beth, the owner, really invested time listening to me and understanding my goals. Then, Beth brought in Dr. Vinny and Samantha, the master esthetician who just happens to be the regional trainer for Sculpsure (she's a major expert), to provide clinical input. They were patient with me, educating me about Sculpsure and my other options. (And, I asked a ton of questions!) They gave me a very good sense of what my results would look like and how they would approach my case. Currently, I'm mid treatment process and I'm already seeing results that surpass my expectations! (No lumpy, bumpy here.)

Though the whole process I have felt cared for. I have never felt sold. There is no ticky-tacky med spa junk at LIFTED. They are respectful and kind.

The small team at LIFTED genuinely cares about patients and they are very careful to design treatment that works with your body, rather than on their timeline. If you're thinking about it, stop reading and make that appointment! If nothing else, you will know more about your options. I'm so grateful to Natasha and the rest of the team at Lifted for helping my skin look the best it ever has. I've struggled for 2 decades with acne that didn't respond to skincare, prescriptions, red/blue light, chemical peels, etc. Natasha recommended AviClear and I'm so glad I did it.
