Do you want a cold, chilly shopping experience where you don't know if you're even welcome in the store? Incredibly rude old woman there who I assume is the owner. Stares into space or stares at phone, pretended I did not exist. No greeting, no communication, no goodbye and thanks, nothing. She had no other customers and I browsed for long enough she definitely had the chance. A little friendliness goes a long way. Do yourself a favor and spend your money next door at Gold Dogs where they know basic human etiquette. I spend $$$ on this street every week, but I'll never go back here....

Simple & Just is one of my very favorite places to shop, and I am not usually one for shopping. Not only is the store beautiful and ever-changing with the most amazing and helpful staff, I can feel good about purchasing high quality second hand items (sustainable!), the proceeds of which go to an incredible cause! Also, any time I have clothing that I love, but I just don't need in my closet anymore I donate to S&J because I know they will handle my items with care until they reach their new owner. I love secondhand stores. I wanted to love this one, but there really is nothing there. At most consignment stores, I feel that there are some good things, but the prices are a bit too high for used. At this one, I felt the prices were high and the items were things I would never buy. Everything in the store is donated which could explain why their selection is so poor compared to a consignment store where there is someone choosing certain items to go into the store.
