This is another little hidden gem in my neighborhood. The staff is always friendly enough but not overbearing or pushy. They don't ramble on with each other over customers. It's really quite pleasant. They check your temperature upon arrival and sanitize between customers. There are dividers between customers. Everyone is wearing a mask. They are following protocol. I get shellac done on my toes, and it lasts up to 6 six weeks. Never a chip, never a problem. I am very happy with the service here. They are clean and neat. 100% recommend if you're in the area!

I got a hard gel manicure here and it blew me away! My nails are damaged from another salon and I came here for advice and a treatment that would help me grow my nails out strong again. They are so kind and knowledgeable with great prices, and gave me a perfect manicure and advice for next time! I will be coming back every time!

I really wanted to love this neighborhood nail salon, but after today, I’ve had my last straw. Usually, when we come in, there’s a 10-minute wait past our scheduled time. I’ve shrugged it off because I get that small delays happen sometimes. But today was completely different—and frustrating. We called ahead to book for 1:30 but were told that only 1:00 was available. So we decided to come in at 1:00 instead, hoping it would be smooth. Instead, we were told we’d have to wait 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes after that. Our service didn’t start until 1:40—40 minutes after our scheduled time. Waiting 40 minutes for a service you booked ahead is absolutely ridiculous and shows a real lack of customer care. On top of that, being told we couldn’t come in at 1:30 but had to come at 1:00, only to then wait that long, was beyond frustrating. Occasional small delays I can understand, but 40 minutes is just absurd. They really need to improve communication—calling customers when there’s a delay would be a simple but important fix. After this experience, I won’t be...

I received a gel pedicure here and left disappointed.

I think the pedicure tub I had was broken because there was a separate bucket inside the tub, and the other pedicure tubs all had water jets (without a random bucket).

The nail tech started to remove my old gel polish with the e-file and burned me. Once I realized she intended completely remove the gel polish (as opposed to only to remove the top layer and then soak with acetone), I asked her to soak my nails with acetone and foil . Instead, she grabbed cuticle nippers and proceeded to peel off my old gel polish with the nippers.

The nail techs here need more training on proper gel removal. I can understand using an e-file to file off the top layer of gel polish and then soak off the rest work acetone. However, using an e-file to completely remove gel is a rushed and lazy technique. The foot massage was nice, and that was the only positive part of...

I have been here several times now and everytime they cut my nails too short. I thought I would give it a few more tries, i thought maybe it was a bad day etc. Nope! This last time, she was filling my toenails so ruff that she started to scratch the skin...she managed to scratch skin off! When it was time for the acetone it burned so bad! They banged the black light into my feet several times and messing with the polish. When they did my manicure she kept grabbing my hands and yanking them. They clearly did not want to be there helping me. I will not...
