Dr. Blanche Lavizzo Park — Attraction in Seattle

This is a small but nice park with some great staging areas for theater, music, and large picnics. There's an awesome amphitheater with rising seats on three sides, and the stage opens back into a grassy field. On the other side of the field is a covered area perfect for picnicking with a quirky fireplace in the wall! (The fireplace was locked by a grate when I saw it, but perhaps it can be reserved.) 08/09/23: it is a small park with good benches to relax. There are some safety concerns since I see many homeless people doing drugs and sleeping in this park. I think city already cleaned up this park several times and I hope they will do a check-in every month to maintain its cleanliness and safety to...
