Definite do-not-miss if you're in the park. Lots of stairs to get up but they are very good. And the view on top is great (no glass, wire mesh). City all sides above tree line. Nice historical descriptions on the wall. It's a giant water tower inside, but they don't make water towers like this anymore (cheap domes in the sky in near every town, including yours if you look). Brickwork, rivetted steel plate, a real relic of 120yrs ago how things were done.

The water tower is a great little feature with only a small climb up the stairs to get to for some amazing views. Bring a camera! I would put aside 3 hours or so if you want to visit the tower, the gardens, the art museum, and the greenhouses. But if you want to visit just one, or just hang out, 30 min to an hour...
