Customer service here is just really awful and terrible. If I could I would l have left the star review as a 0/5 stars. Came in with a friend one day before closing but she forget her ID, so we came back the next day just to look around and browse and the ladies (same ones that we saw the night before) were very disrespectful and rude to us. Got mad because we were just browsing and weren’t planning on purchasing anything. When running a business such as a store, you can’t expect every person that comes in to buy something, that’s just unrealistic. I would not recommend anyone go to this shop. Better off going to any of the Amazings Intimate Essentials store locations or even Spencers in one of the local malls before even thinking of coming here. This company sold me a Halloween costume that by all reasonable observation had a defective piece to it. Also, when I asked to try on the costume they only handed me the dress and not the extra piece so I had no opportunity to view the piece before buying it. I went back the following day to return the item and was told by the clerk that they had no authority to help me and that I had to come back later. I came in the next day and was told that all sales on costumes were final, despite the fact that the item was defective. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she also refused to help me. They were exceptionally nasty and unprofessional. I left the costume there at the store and yet they still didn't return what I paid, so in effect the store stole from me. I want people to be aware of the non consumer friendly policies and low quality of merchandise...

Rochelle and Donna were extremely pleasant during my visit this evening. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately by Donna. It is nice to be able to walk into a business and receive a proper greeting. Rochelle assisted me in my search for a product. She was quite certain that they didn’t have the quantity I was looking for in stock but she still went and looked to be sure. I very much appreciated her effort in helping me find what I was looking for. Even though the product was not available in the quantity I was hoping for, I still left a happy customer and purchased something new to try.
