I wouldn’t even give this review a 0. Forget a quarter, I wouldn’t even give them a tiny piece of a star if I could. they don’t even deserve it. I hope google will one day let us start giving these places 0 stars or no stars at all because I’m tired of lying by even giving restaurants like these a star. I have no words. Short story SHORT. DON’T even waste your time. Chick-Fil-A has SERIOUSLY fallen. Chick-Fil-A is not what it use to be anymore. At this point, I just recently decided that I am done with Chick-Fil-A FOR GOOD and FOREVER. I have decided that I am just going to use up the rest of my points on their mobile app and then it is GOOD RIDDANCE NEVER AGAIN. Honestly out of all 3 Chick-Fil-A locations including Attleboro, Warwick and Seekonk, in my opinion, the Warwick and Seekonk Location ARE THE WORST to the point where I have no other words to express it. So I’m just going to use up my points in Attleboro then be done with CFA. The CFA Attleboro location is a little better and more tolerable than the Warwick and Seekonk location in my opinion. The quality of the food has gotten SEVERELY worse & poor and the customer service IS TRASH. This seekonk location always mess up my order. Their morning employees at the Drive-Thru are cold, stand-offish, they don’t smile, and are terrible at resolving customer issues. At the seekonk location, the employees in the evening are DEFINITELY WAY BETTER than the employees in the morning. At the seekonk location, the employees in the evening are really nice, they have great customer service skills, they always smile and their pretty much everything CFA use to be back in the old days. But the morning employees at the Seekonk location are the absolute opposite and their customer service all together is HORRENDOUS. At this seekonk location, You should give the employees a raise💸 because they deserve it way more than the employees in the morning🤢👎. At times that they’d send me a “free” item through the app, even though IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE, the 3¢ Tax Charge is okay but why am I charged 40¢ in the subtotal when it’s SUPPOSED TO BE “FREE”⁉️ The total doesn’t even tell me what the charge is for. What a scheme. I guess CFA wants even every penny even a little EVEN WHEN IT’S “FREE”. They act all nice “oh it’s free” when it’s really not. Be honest, don’t lie and don’t say it’s “FREE”, instead be real and say it’s actually a 43¢ charge instead of full price. And at this point, we’ll probably find better dining at a bodega. It’s really sad what this world is coming to especially for the Fast Food and Restaurant industry in America. At this point I’d rather go out the country, at least the food and service is better. Also another thing because I simply CAN NOT STRESS this enough. y’all REALLY need to do better with your frosted drinks. Every time I order it, it comes out milky and melted as if it’s been in the sun all day and then when confronted y’all got a million excuses that don’t make sense. Don’t question me, don’t waste my time and have my car engine running. Simply and kindly just apologize and make me a NEW FRESH ACTUALLY FROSTED LIKE YOU ADVERTISE DRINK. At this point, the frosted drinks and your advertisements look way better than the ones in person almost seems like I get catfish every time. Y’all so unreasonably expensive for this poor quality and service❕❔Yea I’m DEFINITELY STRAIGHT, y’all are never getting my money again. Remember; Happy Customer means Happy Review. Now you know the opposite of that :) I will not be recommending this place at all to anyone that I know or meet, quite the opposite actually. Read moreLast night I went there and got this particular order to come home and find out two orders are missing. This is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rs but 4th time this has happened. Where I place an order and things are missing and every single time I get the same horrible customer service and condescending people. In the past I really haven't said anything because customer service and any business is pretty much out the windows these days. But last night broke the camel's back. I go to the store this morning and I meet a gentleman by the name of Brandon Cord and to be quite honest, his condescending behavior and non assistance made me walk out and got nothing accomplished. I had asked Brandon specifically if I could contact someone above him. He said it's privately owned. I have asked him if I can get the owner's email or some form of contact so that I can relate the information. His answer was quick with a "No"... For an owner not to have a general email for customer service issues I think is a bit absurd. Maybe he should and maybe he would realize how his store is underperforming severely when it comes to customer service. Even though it's privately owned, the owner still has to hold up to the standards of the corporation and I will contact them so that I can have someone actually hear my complaint. I wasted my time this morning so that I can get this rectified. It's extremely frustrating when you want the problem to be rectified, Believe empty handed and even more frustrated. Perhaps this bad review will not affect anything nor will anyone really care about it. But I'm still going to contact the corporate office in regards to this because this is just not acceptable. Read moreI’m not going to lie, I love the taste of Chick-fil-A. I’ve been a fan since childhood, and I’m in my 50s now. But today, I was disappointed in a way I’ve never been by any restaurant.
Big warning: do not use the app to store money or pay. I paid through the app, but the cashier said the payment didn’t go through. I scanned it again with the same result. I heard the beep, saw that I had enough balance, and even took a screenshot of my account to show her. She confirmed hearing the beep as well.
When I refreshed the app, I saw that my balance had been drained and debited twice, leaving it at zero. Despite this, the cashier said I still owed for my order. When I asked for a manager, she was dismissive and said she didn’t know when I took the screenshot, despite it being date and time stamped on their app, implying I could be “gaming the system,” loud enough for other customers to hear. She told me to take it up with corporate since it was a third-party app. Even the cashier said she watched the app balance go to zero and it was an issue on their end but the manager was less than helpful and disrespectful.
I was embarrassed, and people were staring. A kind couple even approached me afterward to say they felt bad about how I was treated.
Sara at Chick-fil-A, you made me feel terrible today. Suggesting that I was trying to cheat the system and talking about me where others could hear was completely unnecessary. For the record, I logged back into the app later and saw that the issue had been resolved. I wasn’t trying to steal your chicken sandwich.
