so this year we found GrandPrix amusement park and figured we would drive down ( drive was 1 1/2 hours from home but who cares we’re on vacation. First of all upon arrival It is more like a fun center or you couldcompare it to Chuckee Cheese with go carts, bumper cars and a water ride .Minnie golf and arcade games. So we purchased four all day tickets I believe his name was Scott ( manager) got 4 all day passes to drive the go carts and use the bumper cars and water ride, and couldn’t wait to do the Minnie golf course they have on the grounds ( but it was closed, big disappointment) . After a couple hours doing the rides we went inside for food and got the family deal for $24.99 and ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 4 beverages, so it was a little disappointing to know we had to eat as a family outside instead of inside around a table due to not enough places to sit as a family, we ate our pizza and the kids proceeded to enjoy the go carts and bumper cars a little while longer( now up to this point everything was minor in my opinion until ) we went inside and try to use the bracelet on the games and was told that we had to get some kind of credits for the arcade games( frustrated to know I just spent $260 for a all day pass for my family now I have to spend more money) but I go ahead and do so, while we was interacting with Kylee , a girl with green hair comes over and interrupts the interaction we was having and states “ we can just place your credits on your bracelet and you just use the bracelet to play the games( so another $60 dollars) we go and try to play games and everyone’s bracelet is working but my bracelet on the games, so I go to counter and get to the girl with green hair ( I think her name is Bree ) and she says let me check your bracelet and scans it to find out I still had all my credits and she says let” it’s working fine go try again ) I go to a different game and same thing happens to three different games , bracelet still not working. So I go back to the green haired lady and tell her , now she is getting frustrated with me and says “ what games are you trying to play and I tell her , she then says SHOW ME ! So we walk over to the game and the bracelet worked, I finish playing that game and go to another game and guess what” bracelet not working “ I go back to the counter this time and pull the bracelet off my wrist and ask for my $15 dollars refund and I am told they do not give refunds. So the girl with the green hair says “ all I can do is give you is a new bracelet to play games” and at this point I am so aggravated with the bracelet not working and not even wanting to play games I walked away from the counter and told her to give it to my daughter. I didn’t find my request for $15 dollars to be that much of a problem, or just looking for assistance from the green haired lady to just check my bracelet and possibly show me how to use the bracelet on the machines other than giving a attitude like I was disturbing her from standing around the counter.
My rating for Grand Prix is
Scott ( red head guy ) 4
Victor ( pizza making guy ) 4 excellent attitude
Kylee ( girl with long sandy brown hair ) 4 ecxcellent attitude
Bree ( green haired lady ) 1 - needs to learn people skills and patience with customers, ( if I owned Grand Prix I would terminate a horrible attitude as hers or give her more training. I just hope she is not in a managers role.
We will not return to this establishment to be treated like that again, after spending the amount of money we spent at this place, plus to drive 1 1/2 hours to enjoy ourselves only to have to interract with a employee who treats customers like they are bothering her, I will look for some place else to...

Read moreI was very disappointed with my recent visit. I have been visiting this place for over 10-15 years, and I bring a large group several times every season. I brought a group of 12 people around 6:30 on a weeknight. There was no one else there. First I was told that 2 of the 4 rides were closed, which was fine. After purchasing $370 worth of game/ride cards, the staff told me they were closing the outside in half an hour. My group rushed outside to go on the rides. Instead of allowing them to stay on for 2 rides in a row, on the family track (due to the shortness of time), they had them all get off the carts to get back in line for a second time around the track. With no other patrons, there was only 1 of the 12 that didn't want to go again. I was asking if they could stay on to save time, but that didn't happen. They then had time for one more ride on the bumper cars. Once finished it was about 7-715. So I figured they would at least have a good 45 minutes or so inside, the closing time said 8 on Google. While playing in the arcade there was one staff person literally vacuuming under our feet, right in the area where my group was playing games. There were plenty of other areas to vacuum, or maybe wait until we leave! Another changing garbage bags, which I believe was the owner. I honestly couldn't believe it. Luckily my group was unfazed, but it felt like they just wanted to get us out. We wrapped up and were out the door by 8. This experience made me not want to return. I try and visit the smaller local places to bring them business. Unfortunately, when treated like this, it deters me from continuing to do that. We brought them business on a night they would have been dead, there were no other customers, not 1. The staff at the counters were very helpful with tickets from the arcade. Greatly appreciated, but everything else was not handled...
