Judit European Day Spa — Attraction in Sewickley

My husband and I went here the other day for their four seasons package which includes a body treatment with massage, facial, paraffin hand treatment, and fruit and champagne. While the facial and paraffin treatment were both lovely, relaxing experiences, I unfortunately cannot recommend this package. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment as recommended, but did not get started until nearly 20 minutes after our appointment time. There doesn't seem to be any sort if relaxation room, so this time was spent in the reception lobby. Our body treatments and massages seemed rushed as a result of the late start and there was clearly a miscommunication between the staff about the timing of showers for me and my husband. This resulted in a lot of back and forth, getting dressed, undressed, on the table and back off again, with multiple interruptions and staff members coming in and out of the room throughout the service. It certainly took away from what we expected to be a luxurious, relaxing experience. The facial was very well done and certainly the high point of the day. I booked a pedicure at this place of business and while it was the most expensive pedicure service I’ve ever paid for, it was the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had.

The woman who did my pedicure was beyond lovely, however, my experience there was not quaint nor was it relaxing, which was the entire point of the pedicure after having had a very hard month. I also didn’t get a massage during my pedicure. I am honestly mortified at the entire experience and services I paid for when I replay everything in my head.

The staff seemed overbooked, outstretched, and out-strung trying to handle the amount of clients coming in, causing the entire staff to appear complete in disarray, and called for an overall chaotic atmosphere, I sat for so long waiting for my service to start that the water was practically lukewarm when the associate did start service.

I’d really like to say I want to go back for a skincare/facial service because they are apparently all the rave, but I will not because I hardly had a decent mani/pedicure for 85+, very unfortunate and...

I am glowing!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this establishment! Such a relaxing atmosphere and excellent staff. Expect to be treated like royalty from start to finish! You are greeted with mimosas & snacks. My favorite part is how personable all of the staff is. Everyone there is so sweet! They truly go above & beyond to make sure you are relaxed and happy with your services. Judit European Day Spa has the best facial and massage I have ever received, hands down! I recently treated my boyfriends mother to a spa day as a gift. She absolutely loved it and how hospitable all of the staff was throughout our visit. She already can’t wait to go back. The spa is just gorgeous and extremely clean. All of the staff takes such pride in their craft and I truly look forward to returning.
