I was taken care very well. The people working there conduit their business in a professional way. And there was no job or task to big for them to handle. And they did their job with a smile on their faces. They ,all, were nice, kind and respectful to everyone that needed their assistant. I was starting to believe that we must be related some way some how, for the special treatment we all received. And not just that day, but everyday that they clock in for business. If I wasn't retired, I would try and get Regan Daniel and brittanie away from this company. Lil my bad, I wouldn't really do that, I can't say that It wasn't on my mind. I would like to make one request. These people deserve a raise, a bonus. And /or a promotion. Thank you for your most blessed employees. This world needs more people just like them. Read moreGot a phone there mid August. 2-3 weeks later it started overheating. I took it in and they put a used battery in to replace the faulty one m. I asked what are my options if my phone continues to overheat. I was told they could replace it but I'd have to pay a fee. Pay a fee to replace a faulty phone??? Also, I'm suppose to have a 25$ credit for helping my friend get his phone. The lady told my friend about the credit being available. Well. When I went for my battery I was told that I didn't have a credit. The person who gave my friend his phone was literally standing within arms reach of the person helping me. But. The person helping me wouldn't ask her anything about it and told me that I had to get it done for myself by having my friend to call customer service and saying he got my phone with my referral. What kind of hoops and why am I having to jump thru them? The phone I received is faulty and they refuse to replace it...
Read moreStaff was amazing!!! It took going back 3 days in the same week, but we were able to work together and get it done! Seminole is the place to go! Shawnee was rude, we started being helped, but then was told we had to had to wait while the clerk, "helped her people." We were also referred to as "the white customer" and "cracker." We left Shawnee feeling discouraged and was told that with my situation, they would be unable to help me. The clerk also pretended to call her "team," but didn't even talk on the phone and never left our sight. I will NEVER return to Shawnee for assistance again! I will drive the 20-30 minutes to Seminole for their upstanding...
