Don't get me wrong, the carts are absolutely awesome. Adults and children will have fun with them. I can't speak on anything else but before I get to the ranting. There is a woman that's a older lady who was the cook in the pit stop outside of the track, she was very sweet and kind to me and my wife. I didn't catch her name but I did too her will for her wonderful service. On to the arcade. THAT PLACE IS A JOKE. AS MUCH MONEY THIS PLACE MAKES OFF OF GAME CREDITS AND ADMISSION FEES, YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT OVER HALF OF THE GAMES ARE BROKE AND DON'T WORK???? Don't get me wrong, the games inside the arcade are plentiful and there is a variety of things to do here; However, MOST of them didn't even work and were out of service. This place has alot of potential and I completely understand that the Karts are your main attraction, but as an outsider looking in. You're a corporation that has alot to offer and my review would have been astounding if I didn't spend 60 dollars on credits and get forced to use them on the same games over and over again. Also, the credits that it takes to play most of the games? 6 credits per game for almost every game? OUTRAGEOUS. Your business has alot of potential. I saved a few of my kart tickets for next time my wife and I travel your way. I'd have this place 5 stars if the games were...
Read moreThe place itself is in a great location, you have lots of room for a lot of attractions and arcade games. But do not let this place fool you from the outside; for starters the website says that they are open 365 days a year. They close for weeks at a time which brings me to my next problem, if they are closed that long they should have time to clean up and get some of their games working. Half of their games inside do not work. I have offered since I repair electronics for a living to go help them to make the environment a little more interactive. Since half of their games are not working it leads to overcrowded areas on other games especially in a pandemic, that's not good these days. My rating is solely based on the arcade section of it and customer service wise. The attractions themselves are great. Sadly I am not into all that hence why I have not factored those elements into my review.
TL;DR - don't go here if you want a good arcade gaming experience or want to play decent games in the arcade. Half of the arcade machines don't work and if they do they are off calibration. Attractions are decent if that's your main...
Read moreFirst went here in 1999. Not a whole lot has changed besides rearranging the arcade. They've been collecting the arcades since then too. The arcades are mostly old and outdated. You're lucky if all of them work correctly for you too. There's always a bunch of machines broke or not working but still take your credits. The best time I've ever had on the go carts is when we started, there was a rain cloud just about to hit. Maybe 30 seconds in it started to pour down rain. We were sliding all around, workers couldn't really see us through the rain so we were able to bump each other, run off road and come back on doing circles, almost anything we wanted. If you're caught bumping anyone, they shut your accelerator pedal off temporarily until no one's around you. Your motor still runs but you can't move. Gets really boring just riding around alone. You can't even race as if you even get close to someone to pass they shut you down. The cheetah carts are fun but still same boring rules apply. I believe you used to have to have at least a permit to drive them but not sure if it's still...
