I would like to let everyone know that this is WHERE IT IS AT!! The customer Service that was given to me buy both of the individuals working there today, ( Sarah) and Bret was amazing. I have worked in the customer service filed for over 10 years now, and I am aware of how it is and how it isn't. These two people right here was able to fix my broken phone, serve me with the friendliest attitudes, kindness and just down to earth personalities. I would recommend, for anyone that wants to reach out and invest in a new phone and service. GO TO THE Shepherdsville location. Friendly service and your questions will be answered right then and there or they will get on the phone and search for the answer. Both of you guys pat your self on the back. You done a great job today, and my business will no longer be in the Elizabethtown plaza. It will be right there with you. I look forward to seeing you both again when I pick up my phone case... Keep up the good work!!! Your actions of kindness was not looked over today, it was acknowledged and will be spoke about to other people. Read moreFirst of all,, they didn't open until real late.. I had to wait on them even though they say they open at 10am. They do not. They open when they feel like it. And I went in for a different phone because mine broke, it's all busted. I picked out the one I wanted. They said I had to pay full price. I've been threw a free upgrade before. No I did not have to pay full price. Just a down payment so they lied to me about that, trying to get money out of me.. and the whole time I was there he was trying to sell me a different phone like the one I picked wasn't the one he wanted me to pick. So I had to repeatedly tell him the one I wanted. So bc it wasn't the one he wanted me to pick, he told me I had to pay full price. I walked out and kept my old busted phone. This place is sad. Did I mention, he had to call his "boss" and talk to him the whole time I was there , in a foreign language.. like he had to run everything threw his boss. If he doesn't know how to run the store alone, then why is he there... alone... I'm reporting these scammers to the BBB and I highly encourage everyone else do the same. Read moreThe customer service here is absolute trash, I went in to activate two more lines bringing our plan to 4 lines (supposedly for $100 a month). The man at the counter did not help me decide on a phone, told me all of them basically function the same and sat at the desk playing games on his phone. They did not prorate my bill except for $10 and claim I owe the full amount minus that $10 credit on the 16th but I paid over $100 to activate my phones and pay for the first month of service on the two lines. Not only that but one of the phones on the account is not working and they won't do anything to fix it except leaving an adult with a child without a phone for over a week. NOT ONLY THAT, but they do not plan to lend a phone nor prorate the bill for the 10 days she would be...
