I really enjoy this library and almost all the time, my experience with customer service is great, expect for one time. The staff I worked with reserving a study room for a near-future date did a great job. Something between then and when I came the day of to check-in to the room, was a less than pleasant experience...it wasn't my fault that the wrong information was given...I was given a time to be out of the room by and that is not what the case was.
