I used to love this school. The only school I've ever been too since kindergarten to 6th grade. Since its a Catholic school you learn lots about religion and pray every day. All the kids are nice and warm. But, in the middle of sixth grade we had a teacher who was only teaching for a couple years before at st.luke. Me and my dad are very mixed as well as African-American and and my dad had darker skin. I didn't get the best score on my test, and my dad wanted to talk with her about the topic to help with me in the subject.
She said it was fine but Mr.Grei(fake name) who is our principle or mr.young (another fake name) my other 6th grade teacher had to be their for the meeting which be their of them had to be there or anything to do with it. My dad was offended and so were (and still) me and all the people I've told. He continued to tell Mr.Grei and he had no response. Also he continued to tell the priest about it and all he said was that she was a nice lady. A few weeks before in the middle of science i went home because when my dad was meeting with them that morning what I had just said happens and he was upset so he took me out for the day.
Mind you that my sister also went there from kinder to 8th (The oldest grade). Plus I never randomly left school in the middle of the day. Along with some other unpleasant events my dad brought me out of school. So to sum it all up the reason why I left was because there are some racist, discusting, horrible staff members there. If any of my old friends or classmates are reading this I'm sorry this happens all of a sudden, how I randomly left without any warning.I still miss st.luke loads, but not some of the staff members. That's why I'm giving this school 2...
Read moreIt is unbelievable how discorteous, self-centered, and even WRECKLESS the parents are driving their children to/from this school. One woman in a grey Volvo just blew through the stop sign as several cars were waiting their turn, careened around the corner and nearly hit me and my son. Only to pull into this...
