The Fifteenth Nail Spa — Attraction in Shoreline

What really makes this place is amazing is the customer service!! Oh, my gosh. This is a place that wants to make you HAPPY! I've gone to other salons where they really don't care, or they talk as if you're not there and you know that episode of Seinfeld where Elaine thinks they are talking about her lol? Well, this place makes you feel special AND they do beautiful work.

Just a couple of the things that set this salon apart from others:

1. They offer you a drink when you first walk in.
2. It looks classy (chandeliers, dark navy paint on walls and ceiling, white furniture, CLEAN).
3. The owner noticed some sun in my face and closed the blinds.
4. Although they have air conditioning, they asked if I wanted a fan as well.
5. They asked if I was happy with everything and said if I wasn't, I could come back!

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO FIFTEENTH NAIL SPA!!! They are a very unethical and unprofessional business. Tiffany STOLE from me by adding an unauthorized tip to my bill without my consent. That is STEALING!!! If this happens to you, dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank immediately. Call the police, too!

Additionally, the workers are very rude and talk to each other while working on clients and have no interest whatsoever in speaking with their clients. It's not just Seattle-freeze like behavior. It's RUDE!

I also witnessed an elderly woman who had difficulty walking come in for a manicure with her daughter. On her way out, the employee who rang them up didn't even think to help open the door for her until her daughter asked. Pathetic! Don't waste your time or precious money here. My mom and I have been customers here for around 2 years now. The service has been fine up until this point. We had an appointment for two manicures and the salon obviously over booked themselves, we felt quite neglected and my mom just sat there for around 20 minutes waiting for someone to start her manicure. Neither of us ended up with the nail shape we asked for, and I walked out with splotchy, translucent and slightly pink nails. I asked for white. I had to ask for another layer of polish and that didn’t even help. The polish is not even at all, there are spots where there is no polish and I can see buildup where there is way too much. My mom has polish on her skin around her nail, and her nails were cut way too short. We are very disappointed with today’s appointment, and we will not be returning to...
