The Grove Shreveport — Attraction in Shreveport

I experiencd the worst service from this business! I order from boutiques constantly and this by far has been the worst. I ordered a hat online because i thought it was cute and are goin to the beach soon. I placed my order on 9-21. I then sent an email inquiring if it would be shipped by a certain time. I called the phone num provided. She took my number, didnt even ask my name said she would call me back. The owner never called me back. Then a few days later i got a refund lol....

LOVE The Grove! They have wonderful items and there’s always something new to check out. The Grove also has a permanent jewelry lady on certain weekends. Just be sure to check the Facebook page for the weekends they’re open. Carrie, the owner, is so sweet and can help you out with whatever you’re looking for! Definitely check it out if you’re in Shreveport....

6/28/2025 dropped by with friends. 19 minutes before closing. Already closed? Or never opened. They were supposed to be opened. I'll never know if this shop was anything great or not. A bad business is being closed during posted business hours. 1 star just for attention. Hope the business owner sees this and...
