Manny's Appliances — Attraction in Shrewsbury

We went to Manny's Shrewsbury location while looking to purchase a dishwasher . Dane was our sales rep. He was excellent ! Answered all of our questions, showed us the models with the features we wanted and explained the differences between them . We were planning on doing more comparison shopping, but between the good pricing and great customer service we received there was no doubt that Manny's was the best choice to purchase our new dishwasher. Everything was fantastic from purchase to delivery ! We certainly will be repeat customers for all of our appliance needs.

I would like to update my review. The Bosch dishwasher we bought came with an on-line rebate . I had an issue when applying for the refund. It would not accept my information. I had to return a plug to the store and spoke to Carol about the issue I was having. She took all the info I had and to share with Dane on his next workday and assured me that he would take care of it.

True to her word . I got a call when promised. I met with Dane who was able to correct the issue and successfully process the rebate . It was great to have the employees work as team with the common goal of customer satisfaction . And they succeeded !

On June 27th we went to the new Manny's Appliance in Shrewsbury because our washer died. It was our first visit to a Manny's location and we were extremely pleased. Jim B answered our questions and we purchased a Maytag washer that was delivered on June 29th. Because of the service we received in the store and at the time of delivery we went back to see Jim B on June 30th and bought the matching Maytag dryer. He was able to give us the $100 private sale discount and we qualified for a $100 Maytag rebate as well. The dryer was delivered on July 5th and we couldn't be happier. My Husband & I recently visited Manny's & were very pleased w/their selection & salesmen Bill & Dane. They were both so very helpful! We came in w/a stove emergency & needed one ASAP. Bill directed us to one that was in stock & price matched the local Big Box Store. Dane observed how concerned we were w/a delivery date of next week & stated he would see if it could get it delivered Sat. Well, he did better it will be delivered Friday...thank you!!
