I needed to get a shirt made up late on a Monday night with my job on the line and as the prospects of being able to complete the task looked slimmer and slimmer, then came the beacon of hope! Siesta Key Outfitter! Not only were they able to make it all happen, the quality wasn’t the one of a fly by the seat of your pants shop either. It was as professional and high quality as you can get. This place is so efficiently managed, it makes a Chick Fil A look like the federal government. Also, I found a great house warming gift for my friend here! James is a true, sincere, caring and selfless businessman. I have been a customer for over 10 years and still have all my quality shirts. I purchased a tank top in April, 2025. When I returned home and unpacked, I noticed the shirt had ink stains from the press machine. I reside in Portland, Maine. I reached out to James and he asked that I send the receipt and tank back. A few days later, I ruptured my right quad tendon trying to get my dock in and slipped on a rock. I had surgery. I asked James if he could make an exception, sent him a photo of the ink stained tank and of the receipt. James mailed me a new tank. I was so happy, especially since I will be laid up for 6 weeks.
