Unfortunately, the company appears to practice "bait and switch". I saw on their website that the Apple computers I was needing were "in-stock". I called their sales number to confirm they had three (3) of those computers in stock, which the salesperson confirmed. I then placed an order via their website. The following day I received an email explaining that they do a "second" quality check on their computers prior to shipping and that all THREE computers failed. The email went on to state that I would be receiving a replacement quote for similar hardware. I later received a quote for hardware that was manufactured a year prior to the equipment I had originally ordered and was actually more expensive. I checked their website and it turns out that the equipment I originally ordered was still in-stock, but $200 higher than the price I had ordered yesterday. They do not have any "live" customer service reps, you can only correspond by the messaging system on their website. I tried to get them to explain why they would not ship me the hardware I ordered, since it appears that they have it in-stock even though it was priced higher than yesterday. I also inquired how all THREE computers could have failed inspection, that seemed very odd. I later got a quote, for older hardware with less RAM for the same price as the newer hardware ordered earlier. When I received it I realized the false advertising and I asked them to send out a call tag so I can return the computer. THEY took forever to respond! When they did respond they have a list of reason for not giving a refund and the most obvious is in red type and extra large It states that if the computer has any damages they will keep the full price you paid with no refund.Finally I shipped the computer in it's original packaging back to gain saver They said that the computer was damaged but only a slight bend in the stand the actual computer it self worked perfectly I never used it. They informed me after waiting 2 months for my refund that there will be no refund because UPS must have damaged the stand while shipping. I then asked them to file a claim with UPS since they supplied the call tag it has nothing to do with me. They have not refunded my money and are fighting hard to keep my full purchased amount. This is horrible business and no human everything is done over the internet which makes it impossible to get anything settled and they purposely are taking over 4 months now and I still do not have my refund!
