Circle Donuts — Restaurant in Long Beach

Their donuts taste fresh, but are basically just donuts. Hard to go terribly wrong with donuts, long as they're fresh, but hard to be significantly better than average, either. But their breakfast sandwiches are also super-tasty, and cheap; that's way more of a draw (their lunch sandwiches are presumably also good, but not nearly so cheap, so I don't get them ever). I get the coffee, donuts and a breakfast sandwich from this place every time I'm up here. They're all amazing. Granted I get a basic black coffee and simple glazed donuts but IMHO that's the true test of goodness. Last weekend I got an avacado boba shake...she put real avacado in it...amazing! The only bad thing I can say about it is you need to watch how often you eat here...your waistline...

Stopped here yesterday morning to grab the basic glazed half dozen. Grabbed an iced coffee as well. Let me tell you, these donuts were amazing! They almost melt in your mouth. The iced coffee was delicious too. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely make this place the go to for donuts from now on. Oh, also tried the jalapeño ham and cheese croissant, 10/10,...
