DaySpring Outlet Store — Attraction in Siloam Springs

It is a cute place and they have great prices but the staff is not friendly at all! This was the 1st time I have been in but the 4th time my daughter has been in. She has mentioned that they have never been friendly but wanted my opinion. It is bad enough that we passed a worker several times and she never even smiled or said anything to us. Then my daughter picked up a wooden block/bank and didn't realize the top came off and the bottom of it fell (nothing actually broke) and hit her big toe. There was a worker standing less than 2 feet from us and even though I asked my daughter if she was ok the lady never even asked if she was ok. Never said a word. After that we decided to just set the items down that we were going to purchase and walked out. Honestly, it made my heart sad that a place that should be a light in this dark...

The DaySpring Outlet Store is an amazing store to shop. The staff is very friendly and I saw them go out of their way to help fill a customer's need. One of the staff went to their warehouse to check for the product asked for. That is great service with a smile. As a response to some of the negative comments, I would just say "treat others as you would want to be treated". It is easy to blast negativity online, but if you really wanted to make a difference and had a true complaint, you would talk to the people there and not just criticize. Seek a solution. We have to remember that they are people too and may have something going on in their lives that is challenging. Encouragement is much more helpful than criticism. Love this place - they always have great gifts and cards at a very reasonable price. I love being able to but faith-filled items for my friends and family and they always have just the right one I need. Their pre packed bundles make great gifts for friends, family, teachers, just about anyone and they range from $5 - $15 which make it very affordable to shop. I am always excited to see what kinds of things they'll have to offer when I go in to look.
