Panda Express — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

We went via drive through and received cold for after an 8 min. Wait. I touched the food to check how cold it was and decided to ask for my money back. They took my food and returned my money very rudely. However they followed this with putting the cold old food that I had touched back into the food they served. I told them that was nasty and against health code regulations. They ignored me. I told them that I had touched all of the food and they continued to ignore me. It want until other customers started asking for their money back that they decide to throw out one of the five items that had been contaminated. I asked to speak to a manager immedietly and they said there wasn't one on duty. I asked for corporate office's number and they ignored me. I reported them to the health board. Nasty! I will never go back! Sad because we use to go...

I ordered the plate option with Lo Mein Noodles, Orange chicken and Beef with Broccoli. As you can see I got 2 pieces of Broccoli and a little beef. Small amount but it was very very good. The scent of my takeout meal was out of this world good! The orange chicken was hot and spicy for me but I do have a sensitive nature to some foods. At one point my eyes were watering because it was so hot. The noodles were good but I had a lot of old noodles mixed in and there was way to much cabbage in my opinion. All in all I would eat there again but I wouldn't get the orange chicken and I would probably try the rice next time. For $9.00 total as of Jan 4th 2022 it really isn't a bad price. Well I dont see a place to add a new review so I will say this the chow-mien we so over cooked it was in huge clumps and super soft everything was like warm to cold i ordered the beef broccoli and was told it would be 10 min until it was done would I want to wait or substitute it for something so I asked for teriyaki chicken I also got orange chicken with the walnut shrimp there were very few of the shrimp and orange chicken was light on the serving as well the worst part was the teriyaki chick was almost a hole piece some of it was cut the rest a huge piece and it was burnt it was disgusting!
