7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

This review is specific to the Siloam Springs location and the corporate office. Other locations I have been to are fine.

I went through yesterday, ordered, and paid with a girl walking down the car line. I get to the window and they say I didn't pay because they can't find it on their iPad. I show her on my phone that it is already pending on my bank app. She refuses to accept that and wants to cancel the order and charge me again. I say no, if it screwed up once I'm not going to let her do it again and she just needs to refund me. She says she does, I ask for a receipt, she brings me a blank piece of receipt paper and says the system messed up. I told her I am now concerned I'm going to be charged anyway even though I didn't get the drinks. She says I can come back if it does that, but I live 20 miles from this location and just happened to be driving by, not going to drive back over there for that. I told her I would just call corporate, which I did yesterday, but no one responded or returned my call after it made me leave a message. I look on my bank account today, and of course I have been charged and the payment has now cleared. Not a well run stand or corporate entity...

I love 7 Brew and am super stoked they finally came to Siloam Springs for their newest location! The people they have working there are always so nice and they give the best service, very personable and friendly. This is a great place for drinks for the whole fam - so many different options. Don't forget to start a punch card too - once you get 10 drinks, you'll get a free one so that's a nice perk too!

Their coffee is delicious - my favorite is the Blondie (over ice is the best way to drink it!) and I can get it sugar free with nonfat milk which makes it better for my dietary restrictions.

They offer SO many sugar free choices and lots of different kinds of milk. Their oat milk is really tasty and I have yet to go there and they don't have it to serve me so I appreciate that too!

This place is top shelf all the way ! The moment you pull in their drive you can see them dancing, laughing, smiling, complete positive energy and pride in their store.

The folks here are amazing.. they really take pride in what they serve and any and all details are executed. If something is wrong they want to make it right with their customer.

All of them truly care about what they represent and honor the brand that 7 Brew wants every community to have.
