TCBY — Attraction in Slidell

We have gone to this place over a dozen times since moving to Slidell in June. We order the same thing, Butter Pecan with gummies but today I noticed the older lady charged $1.39 for gummies so I questioned her about it. She had a nasty attitude so I told her I needed one w/o gummies to let her know I didn't have to accept her attitude. I always received excellent customer service from the younger people but this older woman seem to have a problem...I am not from here and I do not put up with antics like that. If the younger folks never charged me before it must not suppose to be charged. She need better customer service skills I am not the one!. My son enjoy the soft serve but I gave a 2 star b/c her this poor...

Paid $9 for 2 cake cone soft serve ice creams with rainbow sprinkles. Usually price isn’t a problem because the froyo is really good and they put about 4 inches of it on there. The last three times we came though, we’ve been getting very sloppily done ice cream with sprinkles on only one side with about 1 inch of froyo on top. Highly regret tipping, wish i could have seen the ice cream before tipping. Definitely wont be coming again after giving them several chances to fix this. I am extremely hurt and dissatisfied. I showed up to This location, drive through area, and sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes waiting for a response. No one responded so we drove to the window where we were told they were closed. After being ignored for about 3 minutes. 8:55 according to the website they do not close until 9. I am 9 months pregnant and very upset because we rushed to get there before closing, made it there before closing just for the girl to tell us they are closed after sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes. I understand being ready to go home but if the store closes at 9 then it closes...
