The Manager Dylan (I believe was his name)was by far the standout by all measures. We DID ask to be seated at a different table as the hightops were uncomfortable,We felt very blown off and rushed . The last straw when Savannah visited our table to bring a glass of water after 3- 4 mintues of delivering the wings with our ticket. It was the breaking point. She visited the 2 tables beside us multiple times while she came to our table 3 TIMES. 1 to take our food order after leaving us seating there for 25 mintues. Luckily for us Dylan noticed that we had been sitting there and asked if someone had been to our table after we replied no. He said he'd get the waiter and our drink order. He brought her by our table but she than walked off to other tables. It was another 9 mintues before she came to our table to our food. She apologized for the wait as a blowoff and never asked us anything like had we been there. This was my first time I just ordered the best I could. She returned to our table at 8:07 with my wings and than brought our ticket with the water. The customer service from savannah was completely flat and rude until I asked for a manager. I asked to step outside to speak with the manager as it was a loud environment and I was very frustrated after this whole experience. She than asked my husband if everything was alright AFTER i stepped outside with the manager which he replied you dont want to know. She could of asked me and tried to rectify any of the issues but had no concern to deal with me. I was very disappointed in trying something new with my newly wedded husband and we love wings so we were very excited to try this place literally right outside...
Read moreStopped into Hooters for a bite and a cold beer. Brought my dog Samantha along, and while pets aren’t allowed inside, the outdoor patio was a perfect covered spot with ceiling fans to help the heat.
Inside, the vibe was laid-back with plenty of TVs showing sports. The place wasn’t packed, which made it easy to unwind. The waitresses were pleasant and engaging, always checking in with a smile and making sure everything was good. Food came out fast, and the beer is COLD.
I ordered wings and an Abita Amber, and they hit the spot. Wings were crispy and flavorful, beer was cold, and the prices were fair. The bathrooms were clean, and I even liked that they had sports news posted inside—something to read while you’re in there. Nice touch.
If you’re looking for a casual, no-fuss place to grab some food and a drink, catch a game, and chat with friendly staff, this Hooters is a dependable stop. Bonus points for being able to kick back outside with my dog.
Side note: I’ve submitted nearly 600 reviews, and my photos and videos have over 17 million views on Google Maps. If this helped, give me a follow—it’s always...
Read moreI was in town visiting family, so I stopped in for some wings. Sat down, got nearly immediate service and asked for a 'tall' beer and a menu. After getting the requested items, over the next 45-60 mins, I was engaged in convo by 3 different patrons (note that I've never been here before), but not ONE server, who are there to, IDK, SERVE? After finally getting the attn of my original server, Peyton (?), I ordered a 'small' beer, expecting to place a to-go order upon receipt of the beer. Tiny Peyton, looked at another server to pour said beer, but proceeded to ring it up on the register. Server #2, seemed to acknowledge the request, then went to the kitchen. Upon returning to the bar, she looked at me and I non-verbally asked about me beer. Upon finally getting the 2d beer, and thus placing an order (note that NOT ONE SERVER ever asked if I wanted food)....I got my food, paid and departed. Never to return. Little Peyton spent more time touching her hair than serving patrons. NOT. ONE. STAR....
