Ate here on Father's Day. Seems like they hire ladies from High School and pay them below the minimum wage of few dollars and whatever random tips. Anyways, the place is very busy and crowded. I would reccomend reservation if you want sit in with your large family of 4-7+ unless you want to invite the church then, you can do that too, just not in Sunday or Satuday... also Friday because kids from High School would escape class to come eat here with their best wierd friends or Boyfriends/Girlfriends etc. I had a good time with my family of 7 including my Babushka and my cousin from Brasil. The Road Kill was a scam, my cousin thought it was steak but it turns out to be a Hamburger Beef Patty chopped up like Sushi in a chinese buffet. I mean like. I love Sushi, but giving my cousin hamburger meat under all the "Hand-Cut Steak" options surrounding, now thats wrong.
Everyone else but him got good food. He looks at his plate with sadness and his heart and face blue. His chest tightens by the smell and look of the food. Every bite of that meat is one tear to his eyes. No smile, no satisfactiom, no wow either. He looks rather deep under the table for "better suggestions" feeling in the need of hope of having delicious steak. My cousin eating that food was more sad then the ending of the Avengers: Infinity War
I got the Jack Mushroom Chicken Sandwich and damn, that was delicous. Its huge as you can see in the picture and it really tasted good as if someone in the kitchen just started chopping chickens. I also got coffee but it was cold and she didnt know until i told her. The nice warm-hearted beautiful waitress gave me a fresh new one and i appreciate her service on how well she was taking care of my family.
I would rate 4 out of 5 because lets be honest here ladies and gentlmen, the food here does taste amazing but not every item here is good or cooked well as you think. I have been to other places where the food litterally made me rethink of my life decisions. Speaking of decisions... this place is a good decision to go. Do you want to eat meat or have crippling depression? This is the place for you. :) your welcome
P.S. this place lacks some hardcore Texas music. Restuarant feels like I'm still stuck in Louisiana. They even have a swamp painting on the wall with women in bikini. Totally not Texas...
Read moreOne of our steaks had a bunch of ligaments and very chewy we had to send it back and since that did happen when it did it now seems like the managers are coming around a little too early too be checking on customers BC after that did happens without question it should have been COMPED to the bill and whatever we wanted to order besides that or the same if we wanted the same item again should be ordered and rushed thru after that we waited on our other steak and yes we did opt for the filet instead of the thinner steak we ordered prior and so I would be expecting that it may take a few min to cook longer so it wouldn't be a concern but it seemed as if we waited a good 45 min for another steak to come back out and we didn't have our server come letting us know that it wouldn't be much longer or offer a dessert or something to bide out time with I was a server at a fine dining restaurant and IK it's not their fault the kitchen didn't cook correct or whatever but they are what keeps the people happy to wait even happier to wait longer with just a simple fyi for us that wait we can at least be expecting some sort of ahhh here it is ....THE FILET. Was very good and cooked properly despite the send back that we actually usually never do things like that and just deal with them but I feel like this now ...ummm nope no way not at million dollar per year restaurants not a chance to just deal with that I'm going to make sure the ratuausnt I'm going to eat at and paying good money to do so I naturally want to be served accordingly and up to the standards that I know each sever that has experience of some sort knows as well.... We still tipped our server more than a "good" amount and gave the 20% but with that being said the manager need to be coming after our meals arrive to check on U and them and not leave that up to service since they come around anyway why not come and see how the food is cooked and that way no questions asked our bill would be adjusted properly and give us a reason to choose the other options of restaurant next time we...
Read moreI don't have any pictures to share. However, I have made this trip to sliders twice in the last 90 days and both times once by takeout and once by dining in I visited this Texas Roadhouse. Let me just start with the 1st visit which was a takeout order. Needless to say on a weeknight 30 minutes to closing. They were rather busy with people popping up to the curbside checkout window. Never once did the young lady make me feel rushed for my order and when the food was delivered to me it was delivered with kind friendly service .I showed up a little less than 30 minutes before closing. The 2nd visit was dine in then let me just say it did not disappoint. Not only was every person working smiling but they greeted you and acknowledged your existence. Which doesn't seem like much But these days it is everything! My waitress took my order promptly delivered drinks followed by their wonderful roles. Shortly after her a member of management came to the table just to check on us and see how everything was, which you don't see too often anymore unless it's because you're complaining. I've never had a bad experience with their food, but something about their service to me set them above the rest. Everyone there made a point to make you feel welcome and in return just made me in awe. If someone ever wonders how you should be treated when you go out to dine, I 100% recommend this place!! When and if I ever return back to this area I will most definitely be sure to visit this...
