Uniform Advantage had poor customer service and defective products that the store does not stand behind. Purchased a pair of scrubs that had split in the seat the first time I wore them. I washed them and took them back and I was told because I had washed them, I couldn't bring them back. I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted to exchange the pants. They were the UA cheap store brand. I argued with someone who I guess was the manager and asked her why would I bring back a pair of pants unwashed that I had worn. She then stated she would go ahead and allow me to exchange them, like she was doing me a favor. If you sell cheap products, you should stand by your product! I took my daughter for her birthday to pirates boil because the reviews were good, I guess we went on a bad night or something. Thompson Brothers BBQ I walked in last week and ordered a whole chicken for takeout. After waiting for 40 minutes for my order I was done.
