Food is good. The manager(s) and customer service Is HORRIBLE. I ordered my food online. My receipt said to pick up my food an hour later. I get there and someone tells me they don’t cook the Togo orders until the customers get there (as another employee brings out two hands full of orders to the counter for Togo). As I sat and waited another 30 minutes in the rain...they continued to tell me my food was being prepared. I am a pescatarian...seafood takes no longer than 10-15 min to cook. There was no line and barely any customers. I ask for the manager... Mr. Dido. Dido asks me what happened. While telling him the story he cuts me off and he tells me that the employee was wrong, he’ll fix the issue and come right back. I was a little irritated bc him cutting me off shows that he really didn’t gaf. Another 20 minutes later and an employee comes out to give me my food. At this point I’m disgusted. If you’ve ever worked in hospitality then you know that the number one thing to do to fix an issue is to at least act like you give a damn about your customers. I told the employee to bring his manager back out in which he did. Dido, the manager then tells me that the employee was correct initially...they won’t cook the food until you arrive. Again...a random customer pulls up, gets out their car, goes to the window, says there name and their food is handed right to them. No currency exchange, no questions, no wait. Long story short (or is it :/) instead of the Manager (Mr. Dido) apologizing, acknowledging that he was wrong...he decided to argue me down about the process, hide and STILLLLL tried to make me pay full price. I know it is a busy Saturday night, but there is nothing wrong with having a 2nd set of eyes inspect Togo orders, your expo and your Togo specialist need to do a better job.
I spent $91 ordering thru UberEats. I was missing my snow crab which was the highlight of the whole order because this is what my daughter really requested. We received all the paid add on’s but not the snow crab.
I reached out to UberEats but I was offered ($5 Uber cash, for a $21.15 snowcrab) I proceeded to call the store to see what accommodations they will make, but to my disappointment there was nothing they could do but redirect me to Uber eats. The GM “J” was very unprofessional, even after I said came up with solutions and offered to return the bag (untouched) on the next day and have it remade to spec or drive up there myself and have it remade because it would have been a 40 minute drive both ways.
He told me “we inspected the bag with the driver” lol, I hope you did not open my bag for the driver to look inside and also responded “it is not our fault because the driver accepted the bag”. He is a driver what else is he supposed to do? You all failed as a restaurant and instead of making it better even after I offered to drive us there to get my food remake I was denied.

Read moreThe most horrible experience ever. The hostess was rude and aggressive and told us to go outside and wait. We asked to put our name down she said they don’t take reservations so we asked “well how will we know when the table is ready” She said come back and check in 30 minutes we about to close anyway! Mind you it was 8:45. They closed at 10. Then when we asked to speak to the manager and the host got aggressive and started walking towards us like she wanted to fight. She began cursing at us, and then another waitress came and started talking about us in front of us as well. The hostess is the first person you encounter when you visit a restaurant and they should always be friendly. It’s all about customer service and how you talk to people. No employee of any establishment should be cursing and trying to fight customers. We were not rude to her at all to deserve this treatment. Not to mention we seen 3 parties get sat while we waited outside and my cousin got bit up by mosquitoes. They didn’t even let us know that a table was ready. This is not how anyone should run a business. We came here on June 17th at 8:45 and the hostess that was working at this time should not be working in customer service at all.
