Star Center Antique Mall — Attraction in Snohomish

I have a friend with a lung condition who has medical exempt status for the mask mandate. They cannot wear a mask as it impedes their breathing which is already labored. While they appear healthy it takes a toll on their health.

After already being in their shop for over twenty minutes, some young buck that could use a shower and a haircut decided to ask her to wear a mask. No big deal, we simply informed him of her condition.

He pressed and we informed them of HIPA privacy laws and almost walked out when a second associate decided to be even more aggressive and arrogant. They provided a face sheild and we accepted despite this being a fear mongering breach of my friends medical rights.

They were the only antique store in snohomish that we did not buy from on our antique item hunt. Poor attitude, poor concept of...

Star Center is definitely worth your time if you love vintage and antiques. There are four floors of finds! There is lots of Asian art, toys, glassware, paintings, sports collectibles, toys and treasures to root out. I went in looking for a specific piece and I had some amazing help in locating the perfect item. Not to mention I had several options to choose from and they were willing to work on the listed price. You can spend hours in the nooks and crannies of this store, so plan to set aside as much time as you can. Don't be shy if you want to see anything in a case, they will gladly open it for you. The cashier and employees are really nice and very helpful, no snobs here! I want to add that if you have trouble with stairs, it will be a challenge, so...

With a few hundred vendors with items ranging from: Books, records, kids toys, furniture, vintage clothing, dishware, collectibles, tools, artwork, tchotchkes for any age, holiday decor, jewelery, craft supplies...just a treasure trove of things in all price ranges.
