My Honest Review Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) The Food: 4.5/5 Stars If you’re going solely for the food, Thai and Taps delivers. My wife and I were genuinely impressed by the quality of the dishes, especially considering the location. Crab Rangoons: Creamy, rich, and surprisingly well-balanced. The meat-to-cream ratio was spot on. Some of the better ones I’ve had on the West Coast. Pad See Ew: Generous portion sizes. I even needed a to-go box, which is always a good sign. Thai Iced Tea: Extremely sweet—like 11/10 levels of sugar. I enjoy sweet drinks, but this was over the top even by American standards. If you’re not used to that kind of sweetness, consider yourself warned. Lad Na: My wife ordered this and said it was quite good. It’s not a common dish to find in Lynnwood, so that was a pleasant surprise. The Service: 1.5/5 Stars Unfortunately, the service was where things really fell apart. From the moment we walked in, we felt rushed and unwelcome. There was no warm greeting, and the overall interaction with the staff lacked friendliness and professionalism. Even when my wife (who is a Thai native) tried speaking Thai to the waitress in an effort to connect, she was ignored. Strangely, the waitress later spoke Thai to another customer nearby. That left us both feeling overlooked and, frankly, disrespected. We understand that people can have off days, but for a sit-down restaurant, this was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had in a while. It wasn’t just about slow service. It was about attitude, attentiveness, and basic courtesy. Sadly, it’s the kind of experience that overshadows great food. Final Thoughts To sum it up: • Food: Great, worth trying. • Service: Disappointing enough to keep us from coming back. If food is all that matters to you, you’ll likely enjoy it. But if the overall dining experience is important, especially respectful service, you may want to look elsewhere.

Best Thai food is Snohomish County! Best Thai food in Washington 🥰 This place is cute, very clean, welcoming and of course DELICIOUS 🤤 They take immense pride in their food and customer experience! Portions are grand and hot tell the last bite!!! They provide comfortable seating which seems rare these days and great music something everyone can enjoy and wasn’t to loud to enjoy the company of my husband and speaking with the employees as they swung by! The very last grand compliment and the hero’s of great hospitality the employees from the front of house to back of house cooking. They all were happy and worked seamlessly as a team 🙌 I feel like they all were happy to be there working even on a Friday night 🤗 our food was cooked perfectly I couldn’t say a bad thing about it even I wanted to! The veggies perfection, the chicken perfection, the sauce perfection 🥰🥰🥰 The best Thai food we have ever had 😎

Had to try this spot out after a recent recommendation…we loved it! I ordered online several hours ahead of time and picked up during the dinner rush. The gal who helped me was friendly, the food was hot and ready to go right on time. We tried the Pad Thai, Red Curry, Green Curry, Cashew Chicken, Fresh rolls and Spring rolls. Everything tasted amazing. The peanut sauce that comes with the Fresh rolls is to die for. We ordered 2 and 3 stars of spice on most entrees, but found everything to be relatively mild. Next time I would probably ask for more spice. One of the entrees was ordered with extra protein and there was lots of extra protein. Portions are substantial. This is my new go-to Thai place! Can’t wait to try dining in next time.

Nice location, friendly atmosphere but the food left me wanting. Now first I want to say that this is a new restaurant, I mean this is constructive criticism and will definitely try again and keep supporting local restaurants.

First the good. The place looks great, it's modern and clean. The people there were all very nice and accomodating.

Now for the food. It was alright. It was clean (not to much oil or grease like some Thai places), the selection was good and had some good variety. What was lacking was the flavor, there wasn't much of it. Everything was just bland. Additionally we love spice, we got a 5/5 level of spicy and I'd have put it at a 0. Seriously my mother could eat it (and she thinks black pepper is to spicy).

The taps, there weren't that many. Not a big deal for me but if you're going to put 'taps' in your name I expect more than five options. That's five options total. I understand they're new and hopefully growing their collection, I'd recommend finding some local breweries and highlighting them.

I'm a big advocate for supporting local however there is another restaurant right around the corner (Thai Nan) which in my opinion more than delivers on flavor even if the food is a little heavy. Will definitely try again and hopefully find...

I'm a delivery driver and evey time I have a order that includes drinks from this restaurant the lids leak. No matter how careful I am they always leak I've tried to talk to the manager about this and couldn't even have proper communication with him because of his inability to speak or understand English properly. He was able to clearly tell me I'm wrong but can't communicate clearly when it comes to understand what I'm saying and speak to me clearly so I can understand what he is saying. I'm definitely not wrong when it comes to their lids not fitting the cups correctly. It seems to me that he is more concerned about saving money than providing a quality product in a cup that has a lid that actually fits so the drink doesn't leak. Just because your food is good and I'm assuming it is since I deliver from this restaurant on a regular basis doesn't mean you should buy the cheapest food and beverage containers as possible to save money. What it comes down to is even if the food is good it's still not packaged properly to keep the food and beverages from leaking and this is not due to delivery negligence. Please stop being more concerned about pocketing more money while not providing quality food and...
