She took the time to review our policies and coverage after I signed up over the phone with Farmers. For the same cost, compared with other providers, we received better coverage. Even though I purchased the umbrella policy under her advise, I did not feel oversold. She also found us a very affordable earthquake policy, which we hadn't been able to get from other insurance providers. Her ability to explain the insurance jargon in layman's term gave me the confidence that she truly has our best interest in her heart.
