Pros: extremely quiet and not well-trafficked by anyone except anglers, great to sit and watch the shorebirds. Especially the cormorants.

Cons: barely developed as an actual park; functionally just a soccer field adjacent to Assembly, the parking lot functions as overflow for the mall and yacht...

Nothing really here just a walking path and some grass that isn't cared for and an empty soccer net. This place has great potential though with the river by it maybe with some tennis courts or basketball courts and some signage...
