My daughter and I had an appointment at 6:30pm, but we werenât attended to until almost an hour later, and even then there was only one staff available to do both of us. When she came, she didnât wash her hands or even change her gloves from the previous customer so I had to kindly ask her to do so. While she was âmassagingâ my feet (it was barely a massage), she dipped her hands into a manâs foot-water to test the temperature and then immediately went back to my own feet with the same gloves. A staff came to do my daughterâs French pedicure, and she too didnât wash her hands or change her gloves from the previous customer. Also, the brushes they use for our feet were shared among all customers, without cleaning in between. So un-hygienic! My daughterâs pedicure was extremely rushed and did not look good at all. She barely cut or filed her nails and the tips of the French manicure were uneven and sloppy. Then, she gave my daughter a manicure but it was not even a manicure. There was no massage or cuticle care. She didnât cut and barely filed her nails and the French manicure again was extremely sloppy, uneven, and even bubbly. While I was waiting for her to finish, no one was attending to me. Only after my daughter was finished would they attend to me, but my appointment was an hour and a half ago! Before she could attend to me, I kindly told her I really needed to go because of the time, and she kept insisting to do my pedicure. I politely declined but when we got to the register, they charged me $90 for the both us! My daughterâs poor manicure and pedicure was $60 and my barely-massage, non-hygienic, no-polish service was $30!! I questioned the price, since I didnât even get anything on my nails and the lady kept insisting that I had to pay for a pedicure for myself. I told them that it wasnât my fault that I had to leave before they could even do my nails, because I was there for an hour and a half and they hadnât done anything. I complained about the poor quality and terrible service and informed her that I would not be returning, and she rudely replied, âThatâs fine.â I also asked for the owner, and she claimed to be the owner, which I highly doubt. Overall, it was a horrible experience for my daughter and I. The price was unreasonable. My daughterâs nails donât even look good. Come here at your own risk or donât come at all. I feel so harassed. I donât know how theyâre still in business with that kind of...
Read moreWould not recommend. Most of the people are nice, but some are very rude. I was a regular here and the service was fine for the price.
The last straw was when I accompanied my mom as she went to get her acrylics removed from her natural nails. We got there at the time we were supposed to, but still waited 20 minutes. When someone was finally free, my mom sat with her hands in the acetone for 45 minutes, which is ridiculous because she kindly requested her acrylics be taken off with the buffer machine, so that itâs faster and hurts her skin less. The nail technician didnât agree to that so my mom agreed to the acetone. 45 minutes go by and nobody came so I got up and asked someone if my mom could be helped because 45 minutes was way too much. (For context, there were nail technicians, walking around and cleaning up areas here and there). I understand they were busy, sure, but if they had us come in at a certain time and said they were free to help us, why did they make a sit there for so long?
The worst part is that the acrylic was never removed properly and my momâs nails were extremely damaged. Nothing was done correctly and if I had the right materials myself, I couldâve done the job properly. I donât know if the nail technician got upset that I got up and asked if anyone could help my mom, but she didnât seem happy when she walked over to my mom. Itâs crazy because Iâve got my nails removed from there before and they never looked that insane.
Iâve never been so pressed about a service enough to leave a negative review but when you watch your mom or another loved one go through that, you feel fueled with fire. Iâve been in situations like this too, but Iâve never looked at it from the third perspective so itâs just makes me feel horrible that someone else went through that.
Anyways, there are better options towards Princeton. I suggest trying those...
Read moreIf i could leave no stars i would... the tech that provided my pedicure was beyond rude. She asked me if i wanted my toe nails cut i said yes all the way down. She grabbed my feet really hard and slightly clipped my toe nails when i asked her to continue she said no barely took off my old polish instead she used a drill to remove my old polish which i did not like at all. I am a paying customer when i asked her to clip them down and please do my feet the way she is suppose to she got ruff on my feet and started to squeeze my toe. I am in my mid 40s i know the difference between someone who just wants my money and someone who is doing a good job. I remained very polite said please and thank you the other workers and my tech began to speak in their language about me. Which i do not care some words were in english other words were in there language. They had the nerve to hound me for a tip by asking me did i need change for a 10.00 i said no i dont thank you. I am a excellant tipper if i enjoy the service. After a hard week of work do you think i want to argue with the tech who is doing my feet. Pedicure is suppose to be a relaxing time to unwind. Will never go to them again the atmosphere is money hungry. My pedicure was close to ten minutes of hell she barely scrubed the bottom of my feet or anything. If they were the last place on earth i would go with out....
