911 IT — Attraction in South Jordan

!I could write a short novel to describe the work that 911 Computer Repair has done for me. The work is impeccable, and I think it's fair to say that they won't quit until you're happy and have exactly what you want. Have known Adan (the owner) since he started the business, I keep thinking that this will b the last time I will ever see him. .And then I spill coffee on my keyboard,. It's either the 2nd or the 3rd time I've fried my hard drive, and in every case 911 was able to manage the problem for me!! They are very good at setting entire systems up, fees are reasonable...And honestly"?? I wouldn't consider taking my computer business anywhere else. Needless to say I recommend them highly as they are reliable, fairly priced, and some of the hardest working nicest people I know. If you have computer problems, either great or small.....do not hesitate to call them. You'll b glad you did.....rdavis ...

911 IT has been excellent. They have exceeded our expectations. They took our system, which had been hodge-podge and duct-taped together by our old IT, and brought it up to date. They have helped us streamline many of our processes. Their service and commitment to us is unmatched.

Having 911 IT talk to our 3rd party program vendors saves me a lot of time and frustration. They have helped eliminate a lot of friction points we had with our vendors when we had system updates.

Their technicians take the time to help my staff understand best practices to keep things running smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism and patience in talking to me.

Their follow-up is unmatched in this arena. I can log in and look at open tickets, but most of the time, they respond and resolve the issues before I need to check on open tickets. Allen, Cody, Logan, Nate, Ron, and Dave have been knowledgeable...

I have called over 5 times for help and each time been told they will have someone from the team give me a call back because they could not help me. Never received a call back. I have emailed and called Ben who previously had been trying to help, never received a response to my emails. Finally I left a voicemail and Calvin called me to set up an appointment to have someone come out. I had been asking for this for months. I set up an appointment with Calvin and he said "now don't complain if I'm a few minutes late because I have another call before yours". I thought that was kind of rude but said ok. Well he never called and he never showed up. 3 weeks later I was sent a job completion and satisfaction review. The job was never started let alone completed. Terrible customer service.
